Current Activity Fleet Management contract since 2009 and extended this year for another 3 years. Covers all aspects of the V2500-A5, APU and pending GTF Fleet. Fleet Management of BR 715 and CFM56-5B Fleet. Fleet growth of A319 and HPT Campaign with RR. Fleet Management of CFM56-5B Engines.

Current Activity Multiple Projects on APUs, IAE V2500-A5s, and GTF work (Involved in the Start-Up Phase of the Airline). Cost optimisation project in progress. Engine maintenance selection project in progress.

Viva Central America is also in planning phase. • Working to manage our engines in the form of a Fund – to find opportunities

and a Bank to fund the trades. This would be mostly GTF/LEAP on longer term leases plus IAE and CFM engines on shorter to Mid length leases.

Network 75 role Jet Engine Management Ltd is an independent Aviation consultancy that focusses on the management of aircraft jet engines. Across its customer base, consisting of airlines, banks, leasing companies, Maintenance Repair Organisations and other financial institutions, JEM offers various management services ranging from technical engine repair management to commercial engine asset evaluations.

JEM is looking for a person(s) to be based in JEM Head office, Scott Room, Tec Marina, Penarth. Reporting to Senior Engineers the role will involve interaction with the technical team on a series of projects aligned to management of the companies fleet of engines under management.

Role Definition

• Work with JEM Technical team on projects aligned to fleet management contracts.

• Provide technical and administrative input specific to an assigned customer base.

• Derive a model to track engine utilisation for our fleet management contracts and maintain the database monthly for each customer.

• Derive a database to store industry publications (i.e. Airworthiness Directives etc) and maintain the database.

• Construct a training manual for new starters to cover IT setup, data access etc.

• Derive a model to maintain engine maintenance cost data.

Minimum Requirements

Strong IT skills.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft

office products, especially Excel.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Able to display a previous background in problem solving and modelling.

Desired Requirements

Previous experience using an Apple MAC operating system.

Interest in Engineering (preferably Aviation)

Ability to work as part of a cross functional team.

A small amount of travel maybe required.
