Marymoor ParkAthleticsSoccer, baseball, and lacrosse are some of the most popular activities at the park, which offers synthetic turf and grass fields for league play, tournaments, and pick-up games. Marymoor is also home to cricket and rugby fields, tennis courts, and a 45-foot, free-standing climbing rock.

Willowmoor FarmOnce a dairy farm and country estate, the Willowmoor Farm area consists of the historic Clise Mansion, wind-mill, and a variety of heritage trees. A concert venue also makes this also makes this area perfect for outdoor summer events and perfor-mances.

CyclingBuilt in the 1970s, the

velodrome regularly hosts national and international-level cycling competitions. The Marymoor

Velodrome Association offers educational and

competition programs at the site, which serves as an

outstanding training ground for cycling enthusiasts of all ages.

Through the Dasani Blue Bike program, easy-riding community bicycles are available to the public at no cost for use in the park. Registration is required, which can be done at the Park Office.

Recreation & Event AreaThis large open space provides ample room for events, from Cirque

du Soleil’s performances du Soleil’s performances under the big top tent to

charity galas to a safe, flat area to learn to bicycle!

Natural HeritageMarymoor Park has a 300-acre protected

conservation area that offers wooded brush and marshy wetlands where the Sammamish River meets Lake Sammamish. More than 120 bird species are regularly found in the park, in addition to abundant flora and other wildlife. Built and

cared for by Eastside Aubudon, the Birdloop Trail offers an excellent way

to experience Marymoor’s natural side.

Off-Leash Dog Area Situated in a natural setting are 40 acres of space for dogs to run free. The off-leash area is one the most popular dog parks in the country and is stewarded by the community non-profit group, Serve Our Dog Areas (S.O.D.A.).

By CarMain Entrance: From Eastbound SR 520, exit at W Lake Sammamish Parkway NE. Turn southbound (right) onto W Lake Sammamish Parkway NE. Take left at first stoplight onto to NE Marymoor Way.

East Entrance: From Redmond Way, turn west onto NE 70th St. Turn south onto 176th Ave NE and follow to park entrance at NE Marymoor Way and NE 65th St.

By Bicycle or On FootThe Burke-Gilman/Sammamish River Trail and the East Lake Sammamish Trail lead to Marymoor Park and are connected by a trail within the park. Dasani Blue Bikes are available at no cost for use in the park (registration required).

By BusMetro Transit provides service to and along W Lake Sam-mamish Parkway NE and to the Redmond Park & Ride at NE 83rd St (1.5 miles north of the park). For routes and timetables, visit http://www.transit.metrokc.gov/.
