Saipem can master the entire CCUS process, thanks to its solid background in process technology, pipeline fluid transportation and reinjection and its new propriety carbon capture technology “CO2 Solutions by Saipem”.

Saipem offers a wide range of Solutions integrating all technologies involved in the Hydrogen Value Chain:
from green and blue H2 Production, including CO2 Capture and Storage, and Reutilization,
till H2 final use by applying the best solution for H2 conversion combined to CO2 reuse for Chemicals, such as Ammonia/Ureaand Methanol

Saipem can master the whole Carbon Capture &Storage & Re-Use (CCUS) chain by:
its extensive industry knowledge in the designand implementation of CO2 capture plants,applying different carbon capturetechnologies;
its experience in pipeline fluid transportationover long distances and re-injection;
CO2 re-utilisation plants, such asammonia/urea and methanol productionprocess.
Saipem is currently pursuing a pipeline of several projects in the green hydrogen field, such as large-scale electrolyser plant fed by renewable plants to produce green hydrogen and oxygen, greenammonia plant and hybrid solutions with green H2 for conventional plants.
