Matthew 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21 For then shall be

great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be

saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Consider the Vision!

Daniel 9:23 At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.

Daniel 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Daniels Seven’s25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

The Time of the End: The Answer!

• Daniel 9: 23 The moment you began praying, a command was given. I am here to tell you what it was, for God loves you very much. Now listen, so you can understand the meaning of your vision."

• 24 "A period of seventy sets of seven has been decreed for your people and your holy city to put down rebellion, to bring an end to sin, to atone for guilt, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to confirm the prophetic vision, and to anoint the Most Holy Place.

The Plan for Israel, The Plan for the church

• 1 To finish Transgression

• 2 To make an end of Sins

• 3 To atone for sin(reconciliation for iniquity)

• 4 To bring in everlasting righteousness

• 5 To seal up vision & prophecy

• 6 To anoint the most holy (Place )

24 A period of seventy sets of seven has been decreed for your people

and your holy city to put down rebellion, to bring an end to sin, to

atone for guilt, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to confirm the

prophetic vision, and to anoint the Most Holy Place.

The Great Tribulation

• Daniel 12:1 ¶And at that time shall Michael Stand aside , the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

2 Thess 2:7 For this lawlessness is

already at work secretly, and it will

remain secret until the one who is

holding it back steps out of the

way. (The Restrainer)

To make an end to sin• The feast of Passover (Pesach)

• Genesis 22:8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.

• John 1:29 ¶The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Ezekiel 9:4 And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the

city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark(SEAL) upon the

foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that

be done in the midst thereof.

2. To make an end of sin

• Chatta’ah = “Sin offering”

• John 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

• 1 John 2:2 And he is the propitiation(SIN OFFERING) for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

To make an end to the Sin offering!

• Matthew 27:51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

• Hebrews 10:4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us,

who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness

of God in him.

To Finish Transgression

•Finish • = hlk “Kalah” means to “shut up”, “to Restrain”

•Transgression• ע = שַׁ פֶּ “Pesha” means Transgression, Rebellion.

To Restrain The Rebellion

The “FULL” Rebellion has not occurred…Yet

Luke 4:5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.

6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.

7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

Job 1:6 ¶Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present

themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them. 7 And

the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered

the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from

walking up and down in it. 8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou

considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a

perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

It happens …When there is WAR• Revelation 12:3 And there appeared

another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

• 4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

• 5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

• 7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

• 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

Restraining the Rebellion !

3 Don't be fooled by what they say.Forthat day will not come until there is a great rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness is revealed -- the one who brings destruction. 4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple (NAOS), proclaiming himself to be God.

1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the

temple(NAOS) of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have

of God, and ye are not your own?

The “Little Horn”Daniel 8:9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.

10 And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.

11 Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.

12 And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.

Daniel 8:9 Out of one of them came another horn, which started small but grew in power to the south and to the east and toward the Beautiful Land.

10 It grew until it reached the host of the heavens, and it threw some of the starry host down to the earth and trampled on them.

11 It set itself up to be as great as the commander of the army of the LORD; it took away the daily sacrifice from the LORD, and his sanctuary was thrown down.

12 Because of rebellion, the LORD’s people and the daily sacrifice were given over to it. It prospered in everything it did, and truth was thrown to the ground.

But the army of heaven was restrained

from destroying him for this sin. As a

result, sacrilege was committed against the

Temple ceremonies, and truth was

overthrown. The horn succeeded in

Who is he ?

• Ezekiel 21:25 And thou, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end,

• 27 I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he comes whose right it is; and I will give it him.

The Beast from the earth

"And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. [12] And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed." (Rev. 13:11-12)

Coming to Power: ..How ?• Have world wide Power

• Revelation 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

• Revelation 17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

• 13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

World Wide Natural Disasters ?

Coming to Power: ..How ?6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

7 ¶The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;

9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

Wars and rumors of war

Matthew 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see

that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the

end is not yet.7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom

against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and

earthquakes, in divers places.8 All these are the beginning of

sorrows.

The Man of Sin

• 2 Thessalonians 2:1 And now, brothers and sisters, let us tell you about the coming again of our Lord Jesus Christ and how we will be gathered together to meet him. 2 Please don't be so easily shaken and troubled by those who say that the day of the Lord has already begun. Even if they claim to have had a vision, a revelation, or a letter supposedly from us, don't believe them.

• 3 Don't be fooled by what they say. For that day will not come until there is a great rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness is revealed – the one who brings destruction. 4 He will exalt himself and defy every god there is and tear down every object of adoration and worship. He will position himself in the temple of God, claiming that he himself is God. 5 Don't you remember that I told you this when I was with you? 6 And you know what is holding him back, for he can be revealed only when his time comes. 7 For this lawlessness is already at work secretly, and it will remain secret until the one who is holding it back steps out of the way. 8 Then the man of lawlessness will be revealed,

“By Peace …shall he destroy many”

• 2 Thessalonians 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

• 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

• 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

• 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

• 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

• 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

The Last Sign

John 17:12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.2 Thessalonians 2:3 ¶Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

The First Sign: The Covenant
