Application Mistakes!
• Application must have student information only (addresses and
email especially)
• Student must sign forms themselves
• Immediate family (parents) do not need to complete sponsor forms
• Transcripts must show degree and date of issue
• Provisional degrees are not accepted, even for conditional
acceptance. Official/certified degrees are required.
• Include an agent cover letter and release of information form
