SPA POLICIES

SPA RESERVATIONSWe recommend making your reservations in advance, as space is limited. Spa reservations can be made by calling 214.761.7800, or dialing 7800 from your hotel room phone. A credit card is required to secure your appointment.

SPA AMENITIESOn the day of your spa appointment(s), spa guests will have full day access to all amenities in the Verandah Club + Spa. Please bring a bathing suit if you would like to enjoy the whirlpool, sauna or eucalyptus steam room in our co-ed wet area.

ARRIVALPlease arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation for your service. If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that the service will end at its originally scheduled time to avoid inconveniencing other guests. The full value of the treatment will be charged.

DRESSDuring your visit, you will be provided with a robe and slippers. If you plan on using the co-ed wet area, please bring a bathing suit. Lockers are available in the dressing room for personal belongings. V•Spa does not assume any liability for loss of personal items, including but not limited to jewelry and other valuables.

AGE REQUIREMENTSSpa guests must be at least 16 years of age for facials, spa access and fitness use. Spa guests must be at least 18 years of age for massage and body treatments.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONSGuests who have any kind of medical condition or complication are advised to consult with their physicians prior to reserving any spa treatments. Please make your service provider aware of any medical condition(s). Expectant mothers may be restricted to specific types of treatment or receive modified treatments depending on their stage of pregnancy. Massage services are not available for expectant mothers in their first trimester.

SERVICE CHARGESA 20% service charge will be added to all treatments and packages. Additional gratuities are at the guest’s discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICYA 24-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations not made within 24 hours of an appointment time are charged 100% of the price of the service. No shows are also charged 100% of the price of the service. These charges and fees will be assessed on the credit card used to secure the appointment at the time of booking.
