Feb 8-Feb 12: 11th Grade English Classes
Feb 16-20: 10th Grade English Classes
Feb 22-26: 9th Grade English Classes
We will be coming into your classes for registration.
ALL Make-up registration appointments will be done on Wednesday’s in the guidance office. Please see Mrs. Kelley to schedule a make-up appointment.

SJVS Off Campus- FORM REQUIRED
1. The student is expected to register for and complete two semesters
of a St. Johns Virtual School Course during the school year.
2. The student’s schedule will have six classes and an off-campus SJVS
01 or 07 class only.
3. The student must have their own transportation and be off campus
during the off-campus SJVS period.
4. The student must be on track to graduate and have counselor’s
approval.
*Students will not be placed in an off campus period until all
paperwork has been returned
Other Electives
On the Job Training/OJT (Juniors & Seniors ONLY)
To be eligible: • Students must have a job and turn in a pay stub with this
application as proof of work.
• Students and employers will be required to complete
evaluations. • Students paid cash at a job will NOT be eligible.
• 2.0 UNWEIGHTED GPA required
• Juniors are eligible for one period of OJT
• Seniors are eligible for up to three periods of OJT
*Students will not be placed in OJT or Modified until the
paperwork has been returned.
Form must be turned in during schedule creation anda recent pay stub must be attached to application.
Other Electives
Modified Schedule (Seniors ONLY)
1. Your schedule will have six classes and a modified 01 or 07 class only.
2. Your schedule will not be changed to reduce instructional time in August.
3. Your schedule may be changed to eliminate the modified period due to academic concerns.
4. Students MUST LEAVE CAMPUS when they are not scheduled for a class.
5. You must have a 2.5 unweighted GPA to qualify.
6. You must be on track to graduate.
7. You must have passed the Alg 1 EOC & the FSA*
*Students will not be placed in OJT or Modified until the paperwork has been
returned.
How to Prepare for
Registration
1. Select Electives in HAC BEFORE Feb 1
2. Review teacher recommendations
3. Be sure to have SEVEN classes chosen prior to your
appointment
4. Complete paperwork required for- SJVS off campus, OJT or a Modified schedule
5. Schedule Request Review Windows
The seven classes selected at registration will determine the student’s schedule
for the 2021-2022 school year.
Schedule changes will NOT be made after May 28.
March 10-March 16 May 24-May 28
Students will have the opportunity to review registered courses in HAC and use the designated form to request changes
