# teams reported to AYF/AYC must equal # teams reported to Sadler Insurance and visa versa
While underwriting the insurance enrollment, we review websites and social media to find out if the numbers match the enrollment.
Definition of team – no more than 35 players
Best Way To Apply For Accident/General Liability If Conference
Copyright 2019 Sadler & Company, Inc. All Rights Reserved.
Conference should apply under its name and add all association names and report all teams under it with single application Advantages: Less chance of association not purchasing correct coverage Conference provided General Liability to protect itself and its directors and officers at no additional charge Automatic coverage for conference for regional hosting and conference all star teams Conferences that allow associations to purchase own insurance incur additional insurance costs to purchase own coverage.
