Welcome to the Arundel Mills Employee Parking Program! The start of construction on the Maryland Live! Is an exciting step forward for Arundel Mills. Maryland Live! is expected to bring 6 millions visitors to Arundel Mills annually - visitors that mean more shoppers in your store! While the facility is under construction, we must work together to ensure that plentiful parking is available for our shoppers. This means that Arundel Mills employees must make way for shoppers by parking in designated employee parking areas. The Arundel Mills Management Team has worked with the TownePark and Maryland Live! to create an employee parking program that is easy and convenient as well as addresses the unique needs of the retail, dining, and entertainment businesses located at Arundel Mills. This guide explains the program, addresses FAQ’s, and offers detailed maps and instructions for mall employees. We need your help to ensure that shopping at Arundel Mills remains a fun convenient experience for our shoppers. We appreciate your support of the program and encourage you to give us your feedback frequently during the life of the program. This only works if the program is truly a partnership! Gene Condon Wendy Ellis VP/General Manager Director of Marketing FAQ’s Q: Who is required to participate in the Employee Parking program. A: All Arundel Mills employees including specialty and temporary tenant employees must participate. Q: What happens if I don’t park in the Employee Parking areas? A: Your vehicle is subject to being towed at your expense. All tenant leases include mandatory participation in employee parking programs. The AA County tow rate is currently $250 and vehicles are towed to an offsite location. Q: How often will the shuttles run from the Joe Cannon Stadium lot? A: Every ten minutes. This means that at peak times there may be multiple shuttle busses running to keep this schedule. Q: What happens if the Valet Assist lots are full? A: You will be required to park in the Joe Cannon Stadium lot and ride the shuttle to the mall. Q: I arrive at work at 4am and leave by 1pm - do I have to participate? A: Yes. You must park in the designated on site zones. (See BLUE DAY map.) On weekends, if you will be gone by 2pm , you may park in the employee on site zone areas used during the week. (See BLUE DAY map.) Q: Will the service corridor entrances be opened early so we can walk through the mall instead of outside? A: Yes, the service corridors will open at 6am. If you need access early, simply call security at 410-540-9100. Q: Will there be security in the off site parking lots as well as on the mall lots? A: Yes. The shuttle lot at Joe Cannon Stadium will be secured by an off duty AACP officer. The Valet Assist lot will be secured by Towne Park employees. Employee Parking Program Overview Monday - Thursday: Employees self park on the mall lot in designated areas BLUE DAYS for their zone of the mall. (See attached map.) The mall has been divided in to four zones identified by color. Employees in each zone should park in the areas designated with the same color as their zone. When employees arrive, they will see signs that look like this: All employees, regardless of shift worked, must park in the designated areas. (See attached map.) Friday - Sunday: Employees park off the lot in designated areas by mall zone. (See RED DAYS attached map.) ALL employees, regardless of zone, are encouraged to park in the Joe Cannon Stadium lot off of Teague Road and ride the shuttle to the mall. There will also be two Valet Assist lots, however mall employees must park at Joe Cannon Stadium if the Valet Assist Lot parking is full. The Valet Assist lots are FREE to mall employees and tipping is prohibited. Just show your name badge or check stub to the attendant. When employees arrive, they will see signs that look like this: Shuttle Hours: 8am - 11pm (Gem cars will be available after 11 pm in case an employee unexpectedly must work past 11 pm.) Valet Assist Lot Hours: 8am - 11pm (Attendants will stay until the last vehicle is claimed.)

Gem Cars: Gem cars will be available to assist employees with bank runs, emergency runs to vehicles in the shuttle lot etc. Simply call the Towne Park Manager phone at 443-924-0681 to make arrangements. Incentives: Every time an employee parks at Joe Cannon Stadium and rides the shuttle, they will receive THREE Shuttle Tickets. Every time an employee parks in a Valet Assist lot they will receive ONE Shuttle Ticket. The employee simply writes their name and store name on the tickets and turns them in to their store manager. Each month, one name will be pulled from all the tickets to win a $500 American Express Simon Giftcard. Each quarter, one manager whose employees won a monthly prize will also win a $500 American Express Simon Giftcard. At the end of the program - the mall employee who rode the shuttle the most will win a $5,000 American Express Simon Giftcard. Amenities: The Joe Cannon Stadium lot will have restrooms and a free concession stand with coffee and snacks! Valet assist lot will offer window washing, air for tires, and items like water for employees. All shuttle stops and lots will have weather shelters. Towne Park: The Parking program will be operated by Towne Park - the largest parking and transportation services company in the world. Towne Park is headquartered in Annapolis, MD and has more then 500 local employees. The onsite Towne Park manager is available to assist you.
