Point System The Club uses a point system, but DO NOT FEAR. If you

come to meetings and participate in the things we will be doing this year, it will be a breeze to get the points you need.

30 points will be required in total – 15 first semester and 15 second semester.

How do I get points? Come to meetings! +1 pt.and wear your Tshirt +1 pt. Community service! +3 pts./hour Participating in contests And many other ways throughout the year.

Dues $$ What am I paying for?

Membership in the Club. Your T-shirt Opportunities and chances to earn gift cards: Chick Fil A,

Movies, gas, etc. Opportunities to learn and experience – the best gift of

all. How much is it?

$15 includes Tshirt and one free registration for a contest $30 includes Tshirt, one toy, and one free registration for

a contest

Tshirt Design!What design do we want? We need designs in digital format, or at least scanned into the computer and made into .jpg or .png files.

Send it to [email protected]. In two weeks we will have the design ready to print!

Community service & Funds collected

This year we will plan to have at least 4 major

events to collect funds in order to pay for a child’s

surgery in Operation Smile and also to support the

activities in the Woodstock Elementary school.

Library@6pm September TBA: In school contest (Free) October: Downtown Woodstock Shredding with the best. November: Cherokee High Schools Competition ($2 for

members and $5 for no-members) December: Outing

ElectionsWe will need: President: Who will organize events, tricks to learn, ladders, find ways to

communicate with the Cherokee High Schools’ students, taking decisions and being a great leader for our club. Be present for every meeting and most of the events.

Vice-President: Help president, suggest ideas, be present in the events when the president can’t and a great leadership organizing people. Be present for every meeting and most of the events.

Secretary: Will track points, type and print agendas, have a sign up list per meeting, maintain a webpage, need to know how to upload videos, organize files, remind the president and vice-president about the activities.

Treasurer: will keep track of the money, write receipts, take pictures at the event. Look for places where we can donate money for charity, help secretary organize events.
