Dear People of Holy Family, St. Mary’s and St. Anthony’s:

All the earth shall bow done before you, O God,

And shall sing to you,

Shall sing to you, O Most High!

ORDINARY TIME

After the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord, Ordinary time has begun.

Ordinary time continues through Tuesday, 5 March, the day before Ash

Wednesday and the beginning of the Lenten season. It will resume when the

Easter season ends, that is, on Monday, 10 June, the day following Pentecost.

Today we celebrate second Sunday in ordinary time. At Cana in Galilee, Jesus performed the first of

his signs, revealing his glory to his disciples and later to all the nations. Let us praise him for what he

has done to us.

My dear people here I have given the mass count which was taken every year in the month of

October. As per the study, it’s going down every year. Eucharistic celebration is a culmination of

catholic life. Every day life begins in the Eucharistic celebration and ends with the Calvary

celebration (The re enactment of last supper and death of Jesus). I urge you to take some effort to

encourage our people to attend at least Sunday Mass and live a faithful catholic life.

God bless you all

Fr. Leo Johnson
