Accessing Library Services• The Health Library is located in the Field House Education Centre, Bradford Royal

Infirmary. Please click to view the BRI site map.• The Library’s opening times are:

o Monday 8:30am – 5:00pmo Tuesday 8:30am – 5:00pmo Wednesday 8:30am – 7:00pmo Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pmo Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm

• You can also Library services via the Library website.• Or you can email us at [email protected] and call us on 01274 364130.• Please register for Library membership

Library Facilities• Computers (x 24)*• Printing*• Photocopying• Scanning• Laminating• Binding * Outside of the Library’s opening hours computers and printing is available 24/7 in the Education Computer Suite (next to Field House Reception area) with an enabled Trust swipe card.

How to request books & articles• If you require a book or

article that is not available from the Library’s collection please consider using the Document Supply Request Service.

NICE Evidence SearchNICE Evidence Search is an easy to use search engine providing access to evidence based information such as guidelines and evidence summaries.

Sources include NICE, the Cochrane Library, Royal Colleges and the BNF.

NHS OpenAthensNHS OpenAthens will allow you to access a wide range of electronic resources provided either nationally as part of the NHS Core Content collection or by your local NHS Trust.

Available resources include: • Journals• Databases (e.g. Medline)• Images• E-books• Clinical Information Systems (e.g. BMJ’s Best Practice)
