How can we engage the public in a conversation about:• the 5 ways to wellbeing, • the North West Mental Wellbeing Survey • and also around the issue of mental wellbeing

more generally?

Introduction: 5 Ways to Wellbeing:

• Connect – with the people around you

• Be active – go for a walk or do some gardening

• Take notice – be curious, reflect on your experiences

• Keep learning – try something new

• Give – volunteer your time or skills

wellbeing• Allow people to plan action (if they want to)
