Get the Dial In Number, Host Code, Attendee's code from team assistant

Only send the Attendee’s Code to the participant

� Any phone related issue, e.g. Update ext in outlook, voice mail settings; please

mail to [email protected] and describe the issues in detail.

Issues regarding phone sets in meeting room, please come to local IT for help.

07 Courier Services

� Receptionists are responsible for courier delivery arrangement and confirm

delivery with vendors if any query.

� Company takes no responsibility for the delivery and custody of your personal

items in office. You are therefore advised to personally receive these deliveries.

08 Stationery, meeting room booking, department code for printing / photocopy

� Please go to your department assistant for the details

09 Pantry

� Microwaves and refrigerator are available for common usage.

� Distilled water and coffee are for common consumption

10 Smoking Area

� Smoking is prohibited within all enclosed office area, including toilets.
