Thecompany has a very big manufacturing facility located at Savar,35 kilometer away from the center of the capital city Dhaka. Thecompany produces various types of dosage forms which include

    tablets, capsules, oral liquids, ampoules, dry powder vials,powder for suspension, nasal sprays, eye drops, creams,ointments, lotions, gels, prefilled syringes, liquid filled hardgelatin capsules, lyophilized injections etc. Since its inception,Incepta has been launching new and innovative products in orderto fulfill unmet demand of the medical community. The focus has

    healthy for the employee to work in their own environment.Employees satisfaction needs to be increased bymaintaining the company policy efficiently to get maximumproductivity through employees satisfaction. Though thecompany has loss in different sector, above all it makesprofit in the current year but it need to prevention of loss by
