Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is a leading pharmaceuticalcompany in Bangladesh established in the year 1999. Thecompany has a very big manufacturing facility located at Savar,35 kilometer away from the center of the capital city Dhaka. Thecompany produces various types of dosage forms which include
tablets, capsules, oral liquids, ampoules, dry powder vials,powder for suspension, nasal sprays, eye drops, creams,ointments, lotions, gels, prefilled syringes, liquid filled hardgelatin capsules, lyophilized injections etc. Since its inception,Incepta has been launching new and innovative products in orderto fulfill unmet demand of the medical community. The focus has
always been to bring new, more technologically advancedmolecules and innovative dosage forms to this company.

Incepta is a highly professionally managed organization inwhere safety leads improved productivity, so InceptaPharmaceuticals Limited need to provide the employee morequality work life as well as more attractive environment forworking. They should keep the work environment sound and
healthy for the employee to work in their own environment.Employees satisfaction needs to be increased bymaintaining the company policy efficiently to get maximumproductivity through employees satisfaction. Though thecompany has loss in different sector, above all it makesprofit in the current year but it need to prevention of loss by
adopting effective technology and continuous developmentof human resource management. Incepta is apharmaceutical company so for the responsibility of thesociety it needs to completely obey the national law andorder of the Government.

In present competitive and dynamicenvironment, human resource are now beingviewed as the most valuable mean for gaining
advantages over other. Competitive advantagescan only be achieved by building up highlymotivated and skilled employees. To fulfill thevision, mission, and core objectives of a
company the management has needed toestablished a effective and efficient humanresource department and hired the confidentand most promising professional
