Student Expectations

• Arrive to school on-time every day that they are healthy.• Complete homework on-time.• Comply with classroom rules at all times:

1.Always do your best work!2.Listen when others are talking.3.Raise your hand to speak.4.Treat others the way you want to be treated.5.Follow directions quickly.6.Keep your hands and feet to yourself.

• Take an interest in your own learning.• Ask for help when needed; however, attempt to solve your

problems and answer your questions on your own .

Classroom Policies

• Behavior chart- each student has a clip that will moved according to behavior.• Clips will moved up for good behavior.• Clips will be moved down for negative behavior.• If a child moves up to pink, he or she will receive a gem to

put on the clip and bring a note home.• If a child reaches red, he or she will write a note to the

parents about what happened.• Homework is to completed on the night it is assigned and

returned next day.• Classwork is to be completed during allotted time or will be

completed during class breaks or recess.• Student work samples will be collected, evaluated, and

reported upon based on IEP goals and objectives on a quarterly basis.
