Wedding photography should be considered an art. This is something that we truly believe

in. As a photographer at a wedding we believe that we should be everywhere throughout

the day without being seen or even being felt. We like to have an invisible presence while

capturing the moments of your special day. Yes, wedding photography is an art and this

practice is what makes it an art.

When you sit down and open up a wedding magazine there are many things that should

mamake you say wow! The photographs that you see should capture many different aspects

of a wedding day. You should be able to see and feel the different emotions from the

family members, be able to imagine the interactions of all of the guests just like you were

mingling with them and last but not least the wedding couple should have their most

beautiful and memorable moments captured in photographs that will last forever.

It is our job to help you and your family remember every detail of your beautiful wedding

day. This day is one of the most special days of your lives together. It is important that

eevery blissful moment be captured in time. This is why we are here.

It is my pleasure to be a part of your special day and I look forward to being the

photographer at your wedding.

We want to say congratulations on your engagement! A wedding takes a lot of planning

Once you choose us we will begin by learning as much about you as possible. First thing would

be to schedule a meeting at a time that works for you best. You can come over and visit us at

our studio, at a local coffee shop or we can chat on the phone. This meeting will allow us to get

to know each other and see if we're a good fit. I love to meet my clients beforehand so we can

both develop a great rapport before your special wedding day. As soon as we have a date fixed

for your wedding day shoot we can begin planning engagement and bridal sessions should you

wwish to do those. It's such an exciting time in your life and I want to make sure that I am able to

learn about your photography needs and desires so that I can deliver the best memories for you

to cherish for a lifetime!

YOUR LOVE STORY

Many people do not understand what a bridal session is. This is a photo session that involves only

the bride and takes place before the actual wedding day. A bridal session is not something that is

required it is completely up to you. In the past, brides to be have shared with me that they were

happy to have had this experience with a bridal session. They were able to get some practice

walking around in the wedding dress and go through the process of getting ready. Some of these

clients have discovered that an adjustment here or there is needed. It may be that the dress needs to

be adjube adjusted or even hair, make up or flowers need something changed. This is a very laid back photo

session. Of course there is time to take photos by yourself when you are in your dress on your wedding

day but it is not as relaxed and as leisure as these sessions. If you are interested in a bridal session it is

recommended that it be scheduled as soon as possible. The more advance notice I have the better it is.

This is a photo session should be scheduled at least six weeks prior to the actual wedding day. If you

would like to display a few of these pictures on the day of the wedding, we will need enough processing

time to get these

Being engaged is a very exciting experience and having an engagement session is the perfect way to

celebrate this part of your life. Having an engagement session is the perfect type of practice before the

wedding day. As a photographer I want the process to be as seamless as it can be. Therefore, having

this time for me to work with you and having you practice posing together is essential. It will also give

me an idea of what your tastes are as well. During an engagement session you will learn how to trust me.

My relationship with my clients is built on trust. My clients will learn to see that I understand them and

tthat this understanding will allow for me to make them look fantastic in their photographs. This is exactly

how the business of taking great photos works.

An engagement session is nothing but fun! Having engagement photos taken is a perfect way to enjoy

each other and get away from the stress of planning a wedding. What is even better is that the photos

from this session can be used for save the date cards, guests books, and any other pre wedding items

that you may need or want.

1. Your Face Should Be RelaxedTo relax your face, you should close your eyes and let your lips fall into their natural shape and place

2. Your Eyes Should SmileOne of the more common trends among wedding parties is that of poses in which you are more serious.

These involve less smiles therefore it is important for your eyes to smile.

3. Be Sure Your Makeup Is Not OrangeEEven though you might feel more beautiful when you are made up with make up the cameras tend to

always pull out more yellow and orange colors. This will make you look orange in your pictures.

4. The Double Chin Should Be AvoidedThe double chin can be avoided by stretching your neck and moving your head forward just a little bit.

Next you should lift your chin slightly. This should help your double chin disappear.

5. You Can Fake Sleek ArmsIf you have a sleeveless wedding dress, you will want your arms to have a sleek look. The best way to

aaccomplish this is to lift your arms out to the sides just a little. This will give your biceps and triceps

extra breathing room.

6. Stand Up Tall and StraightThe best way to improve your posture is to stand up straight with your shoulders back. You should also

put your chest out forward and pull in your belly button.

7. It Is Okay To Laugh A LittleEven if a laugh does not occur naturally it can be something that will be flattering in your photos. Not

tto mention that laughing makes things more fun.

8. Make Bumps DisappearNo one wants to have visible bumps on their big day. To get rid of the bumps you should use lotions

and wash with lactic acid to make those unsightly bumps disappear.

9. Stop Sweat Before It Is NoticedThe best way to stop sweat is to soak up the dampness with a paper towel. Once that is gone you

can stop any unpleasant odors by using a small amount of antibacterial hand gel under your arms.

1. The HaircutA haircut should be done a day or two before the wedding day. It is important to know what hair

style suits your face. If you do not know you can find a photo of a haircut that you think might work

and take it to your barber for his opinion.

2. The Choice To Wax Is A Personal OneThe choice to wax is a personal one. If you make the decision to wax you have the option of doing

yyour feet, chest, arms, face and even your backside. However, you should never wax your nipples,

genitals, eyelashes, ears or nose hair.

3. The Hands Of The GroomAs the groom your need to keep your hands clean. You can do this by washing them often and

removing any dirt that is underneath the nails. A hand moisturizer formulated for males should be

used several weeks before the wedding occurs.

4. Have A Pretty SmileA A toothpaste that has a whitening agent in can be bought over the counter and will assist you in

obtaining the prettiest smile you can. You should be careful to avoid any toothpaste that has

abrasives in it. These can wear away the structure of the teeth.

5. ManscapingSome men may consider this as something that is done by women only. But the good thing is that

by doing something as simple as cleaning up your eyebrows it can make a large difference in your

appearance.

6.6. Getting A Close ShaveEveryone likes the feel of a close shave. Before you shave you should rub your skin with some

pre-shaving oil or even something as simple as baby oil. A good idea is to shave while you are

in the shower. The warm water will open up your pores and soften your face to allow you to get

the closest shave possible.

In today’s world of technology, we spend a large portion of our day glued to the computer, cell

phone, television, etc. This is why we reccomend on your special day that everyone becomes

unplugged for your so that the full attention can be on you as the bridge and groom. This can

be for just your ceremony or the whole day, it’s really up to you but we promise you won’t regret it.

You want to be sure that your guests will experience the day with you. For this reason, we

reccomend asking them to turn off all of their devices. For your guests to be truly present

wwith you and participate in your special day it is essential that they unplug and relate to you.

You and your spouse to be have dedicated a lot of time, effort and patience into making your

wedding day very special. You do not want the pictures that your photographer takes of your

guests at your wedding to be ones with their heads down and looking at their devices. That

would make for poor images.

Everyone loves their smartphones and have addictions to them as well. That does not exclude us.

We too believe that the best thing that can be done to make your day special is to unplug and

turn turn off our devices and enjoy the present moment.

It is important to have a list of who you want to have photographed at the wedding. However, I

have also seen some lists that are so long and detailed that it is impossible for me to figure out

who belongs to who. On the other hand, I have also seen lists that are very short and sweet.

Lists such as this usually only included people who were very important to the bridge and groom.

Here is a sample tieline of wedding that will help to give you an idea of what you can expect:

• Getting ready pictures of bridge & groom.

• The first look of bridge & groom alone

• At a park with the bridal party

• The bride’s family

• The groom’s family

• The wedding ceremony

• Bridal party photos at a different location

• The bridal party enters reception

• Reception dinner, any speeches and/or toasts

• The cake being cut

• The first dance of husband and wife

• Any additional photos such as the sunset
