pus LifeLiving Central UCO knows that living on campus is a vital

component of the collegiate experience.When you make the residence halls your home at Central, research shows that you will earn better grades, be more involved in student organizations, have more interaction with faculty members, feel like

a part of the campus community and be more likely to graduate.

The UCO Housing and Dining department wants to give their residents the best experience possible, and always hosts many fun events on campus.

The International Student Council (ISC) is an executive board made up of student leaders from all over the world. It exists as a platform for international students to promote international culture and understanding. ISC sponsors many cultural events, like the International Festival and Mr. & Miss UCO International Scholarship Pageant. Through ISC you can make your voice heard. UCO has many other student associations for individual countries.

International House

The University of Central Oklahoma is proud to introduce a one-of-a-kind facility and resource in this region of the country - the UCO International House. UCO’s International House facilitates global engagement and inter-cultural proficiencies by bringing together Central’s students, staff, faculty and community.

Drawing upon its mission to catalyze transformative learning experiences, the house serves as a venue for the university and outside groups to host programs and events. Those range from cooking lessons and World Cup watch parties to after-school kids programs, faculty enhancement trainings, and civic club meetings.

In addition, a stay-a-day program serves visiting faculty, guests of the university, and international students with an emergency need.
