Backed up by a cast of great musicians from the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene area, singer Ruth Pratt will soon have you humming and tapping your feet to your favorite tunes. Don’t miss out on the fun! Come and listen, or dance to the Tuxedo Junction Big Band

SOUL PROPRIETORBased in Spokane, Washington, Soul Proprietor is a nine-piece, high-energy Urban Soul Band. With a goal to “funkifize”, they specialize in the music of R & B horn bands such as Tower of Power, Blood Sweat and Tears, Chicago, and Kool and The Gang, as well as Blues and Motown classics by Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Tracy Chapman, Wilson Pickett, and Bruno Mars. A super-tight rhythm section propels infectious fun grooves that are then spiced with punch horn lines and exquisite, soulful vocals. Dancing is imminent. Soul Proprietor, Spokane, Washington (musician/band) https://www.facebook.com/pages/Soul Proprietor/273537119435047!

CAMILLE BLOOMCAMILLE BLOOM is a Gibson endorsed International Artist who has toured 9 countries, released 7 recordings, and has drawn a fan base in the tens of thousands. Her latest recordings both won awards and nominations in the LA Critics Choice Awards and music connection magazine. Known for her dynamic stage show and intensely personal performance, Camille will take you on a musical journey of empowerment and humor. Please welcome to the stage, former Spokane native, Camille Bloom.

GYPSY SOULGypsy Soul is a duo with an intimacy that comes through clearly, attracting listeners via a DIY back story every bit as compelling. It’s a message they continue to spread, pure of heart, everywhere they go, performing their unique blend of Americana, Pop & Soul – "It’s music to set your heart free.”

ALL THAT JAZZA regional favorite for the past decade, Pearl Harwood (piano), Sharon Burklund (vocals), Bruce Pennell (bass) and Tom Schager (drums) have been entertaining audiences of all sizes with their captivating sounds. The individuals within this group have many years of experience playing with “name entertainers”, performing at famous world venues, and just plain having fun making music of the songs from years ago for listeners of all ages.

MON CHERIMon Cheri plays a unique brand of indie-retro-pop-rock (seriously). With plenty of nods to the oldies that has tinges of jazz and folk. As evidenced by their dreamy harmonies, they draw influences from artists such as The Beatles, Everly Brothers, Rufus Wainwright, Sondre Lerche, Ryan Adams, Jeff Buckley and Simon & Garfunkle.

SCOTT KIRBYPianist/composer Scott Kirby specializes in distinctly American musical styles, which include Classic Ragtime, New Ragtime, Creole Music and Terra Verde. As a performer his is also an education providing historical context and musical insight into the program as it unfolds. Whether on the concert stage or in the classroom Kirby offers a musical experience which is informative and intimate, educational yet highly personal. Each presentation may include examples from North America, South America and the Caribbean.

MILONGAMilonga brings the heat to the Spokane music scene via live original Latin music. Local fans, press and musicians have hailed the act as the hottest Latin band in town for several reasons. Milonga has been the front runner in catalyzing the local music scene by combining a packed dance floor with an ethno-musical experience, authentic to their Latino roots. This multi-cultural group focuses on a Pan-Latin sound, representing the musical dialects of countless regions throughout the Spanish speaking Empire. In a world of salsa Milonga is the whole enchilada.

WILDWOOD RECORDERSThe Wildwood Recorders return to Art on the Green, bringing Illinois resident Lynette Colmey together with Coeur d' Alene residents Susan Nipp, Ann Smart, Laureen Belmont and Sue Flammia for a program of music covering a 400-year period, starting in the Renaissance and continuing to the present. Piano and percussion will add variety to the gentle sounds of the recorders.

IAN McFERONIan McFeron’s songwriting has been compared to Bob Dylan, John Lennon and Ryan Adams. Over the course of a decade-long independent music career, he has gained a loyal following and attracted media attention stretching across the Atlantic. He currently tours in support of his 8th studio album, Radio, recorded in Nashville, TN with Grammy nominated Producer/Guitarist Doug Lancio. Performers on the album have appeared on records by Robert Plant, Nora Jones, Elton John, Ray LaMontagne, Steve Earl, Patty Griffin, John Hiatt, Buddy Miller, and Eli Young Band among others. McFeron performs live with his Seattle-based folky-pop Americana band which includes long time fiddler/cellist Alisa Milner as well as the soulful bass and drum duo, Moe Provencher and Aimee Zoe.

THE SENATEWith powerful walls of sound built by only two acoustic guitars, an upright bass and three voices, this Seattle trio's catchy song-writing, tight arrangements and unorthodox instrumental techniques create a dynamic musical hybrid that pushes the boundaries of acoustic rock..

TANGO VOLCADOThe Inland Northwest’s hottest Tango Band is stirring up a frenzy whenever it plays! Tango Volcado is a quartet of musicians who play multiple instruments including the Theremin, viola and violin, accordion, guitar, piano and bass. Kendall Feeney, Patricia Bartell, Tana Bland, and Eugene Jablonsky are all members of local 105 (Spokane), teach at Universities, secondary schools, play in the Spokane Symphony, teach privately, and perform in a variety of styles and venues in addition to their Tango Volcado activities. From the torrid to the tender, Tango Volcado plays classic tangos, Nuevo tangos, and their own tango arrangements of pop songs…this is one show that you certainly will not want to miss!

HEARTBREAK PASSHeartbreak Pass…Your bluegrass e-ticket ride! This group consists of three people with a heart and long standing heritage for music transitional, non-traditional, original, and always entertaining. Stan Hall, part singer/songwriter, part guitar artists, and all ‘red-neck band’! His original songs and melodies can make you laugh or sometimes cry, but will always touch that place down deep inside that makes us human. Singer Coats, mandolin artist extraordinaire… (and his name really is Singer… and he sings too!) this talented young man comes from a long line of accomplished musicians and songwriters. He adds beautiful harmonies, spirited vocals, and stunning instrumentals to this energetic group of musicians. Bonnie Bliss—She has played music since early high school and is known for her high energy stage presence and vocal harmonies. She is the ‘bottom-line’ for this fun loving trio and keeps those boys in time…(and in line!)

KATHY COLTON & THE RELUCTANTSKathy Colton & the Reluctants have performed around the local area and the region for several years. The Reluctants consist of Denise Bartlett, Maxine Whiteside, Carla Grant and Kathy with lead vocals and guitar. These women form a strong and dynamic group with powerful harmonies, strong messages of love and a great time on the stage.

FULTON PATRICK & STEVE REICHFulton Patrick, vocals and harmonica, and Steve Reich, piano, met and played locally as Gonzaga law students from 1977 to 1979. Both have continued playing since, Fulton in Virginia and Germany, Steve in Washington. Their continuing friendship reunites them to bring you a blues-oriented experience

GRE3NECoalesce elements of groove and pop rock, folk and funk, and a dash of soul, and you’ll begin to understand the musical experience of singer-songwriter Ron Greene. Channeling the bluesy, soulful rock of artists such as Lenny Kravitz, Gary Clark, Jr., Bruno Mars and John Mayer, Greene delivers a diverse, electrifying sound that resonates at the core of audiences. A true songsmith, Greens lyrics speak to the heart of the human experience, while his sound speaks to the feet, rousing an irrepressible desire to move. As a solo artist, Ron’s passion for the music is evidenced by his intimate and engaging presence on stage. When backed by his band, GRE3NE, the energy is intensified tenfold. Greene has been entertaining audiences across the country for the past 8+ years, from New York to Seattle and his home in the Inland Northwest. With a highly anticipated new album in the works, Ron Greene is soon debuting an entire collection of fresh tracks dedicated chiefly to groove.

MESHUGGA DADDIESMeshugga Daddies is Spokane’s newest Klezmer band. Klezmer music is jazzy Jewish soul (and folk, too) music that originated from Eastern Europe with the surge of Jewish immigration into the United States in the early 1900's. It was transcribed and played in the eastern U.S. by many big bands and played at weddings and bar mitzvahs. It is quite lively and festive and has enjoyed a rediscover all over the world. The members of the band wear many different hats. Eugene Jablonsky double bass and guitar; Liz Dreisback, clarinet and recorder; Larry W. Weiser, saxophone and clarinet; Steve Reich, piano and accordion.

SIDHEMarried for 22 years and performing together for two decades, voice and guitar duo Keleren and Michael Millham have survived a burned-to-the ground apartment complex, car wrecks, music school, countless miles and over 2,000 concerts together – all with surprising good fortune. While their “Classical Fusion” sound has strong roots in art song, folk, and world music, their truest and only genre is virtuosi voice and guitar.

JASPAR LEPAKJaspar Lepak (pronounced Jasper LEE-pack) is a folk/ Americana songstress whose remarkable gift for melody is only surpassed by her poetry. A child of Arizona’s Sonoran Desert, her songs are deeply influenced by the many places she has called home: Tucson, Minneapolis, Durban (South Africa), and currently Seattle, Sweeping across landscapes with an emotional depth that is extraordinary, her lyrics expose a brave vulnerability while her clear, pure voice touches the heart. For special shows, she is accompanied by her husband Kale Lepak on accordion and harmonies.

NORTH HILL TRIOThe North Hill Trio has been in existence for many years. Lorrie Perry, trombonist, is the longest serving member of an ensemble which brings myriad style sets to the mix. Joe Potter plays a mean trumpet and Jennifer Brummett covers horn and arranging. The North Hill Trio can swing on the oldies, or serve up a German polka. The main idea is to have fun and keep the groove moving. Visit our website at northhilltrio.com.

BRAD KEELER & LINDA PARMANMulti-instrumentalist and vocalist Brad Keeler and Linda Parman (guitar and vocals) perform Vintage Music including early to mid-20th century blues, jazz standards, Tin Pan alley classics, as well as, bluegrass, folk and originals (composed and written in the styles listed above). Keeler and Parman are performing at the 2015 Art on the Green as a duo, but can also be seen performing in the Brad Keeler Trio and Level Four. More information on Brad Keeler or the Brad Keeler Trio can be found at www.bradkeeler.com.

THE ENSEMBLE OF THE NORTHWEST SACRED MUSIC CHORALE

The Ensemble of the Northwest Sacred Music Chorale is a select mixed, eighteen-voice choir, founded by Gaynell Coppess, Assistant Conductor of the Northwest Sacred Music Chorale, in 2006. The Ensemble has become a regular feature of the NWSMC’s three yearly concerts. The Ensemble has also been featured at the Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce “Art from the Heart” performances in October, and has been a regular part of the Art on the Green concert series each August for the past six years. The Ensemble was also part of the Kroc Center’s Opening Gala for the $5,000 donors to the Kroc Center. The Ensemble sings classical sacred, gospel, patriotic, classical and Broadway, and selected jazz for its various performances.

TAMI & DAVE GUNTERBridges Home is Tami and Dave Gunter – dual lead vocalists, multi- instrumentalists and purveyors of tasty Americana, Folk, Celtic, Roots, Rock and Originals. Their music sparkles with intricately woven vocal harmonies, accompanied by guitar, tenor ukulele, claw hammer-style banjo, octave mandolin, Irish whistle, accordion, bodhran, stompbox, resonator guitar and washboard in an engaging blend that runs from high-energy, foot-stompers to hauntingly beautiful Irish ballads and finely crafted instrumental duets.

SWEETGRASSMulti-instrumental teens with a passion for old time music, swing and jazz. A thirst of learning new sounds and styles. A love for what they do..

PAT FLAMMIA DRAWING INSTITUTECCA and Friends established the Patrick Flammia Drawing Institute to provide opportunities for artists of all ages to have drawing classes with guest artists. Additional plans for future institutes are being developed, and suggestions are welcome. One of the founders of CCA and Art on the Green, Patrick Flammia loved to draw, and his drawings and paintings are in numerous collections. Please visit the sculpture "Reflections" by the rose garden, near the Juried Show, which has a sketchbook honoring Patrick included as part of the bench, situated by the stainless steel “waves." "Reflections" was created by artists Harold Balazs and Allen Dodge, and presented to North Idaho College by CCA and Friends.

IN MEMORIAM: SCOTT REEDScott and Mary Lou Reed were two of the founders of CCA and life-long supporters of CCA and Art on the Green. Scott incorporated CCA and provided financial help to start CCA projects such as Writers’ Camp, exhibits, and Artspace. We express our deepest sympathy to Mary Lou Reed and the family in the passing of our great friend Scott Reed.

Special Thanks to our Retiring Volunteers: The Citizen's Council for the Arts and Art on the Green would like to thank the following long-time volunteers who have retired after decades of invaluable volunteer service:

We thank Janell and Loren Burke, who graciously organized and ran the Info Booth with a great team of volunteers for decades. The Burkes always offered help and information to patrons with a smile, while also selling Art on the Green T-Shirts, posters, hats, aprons and bags (that meant a t-shirt "folding party" at the Burkes' every year to get the merchandise ready for the festival). We appreciate their years of cheerful volunteering!

We thank Mary Dee and Allen Dodge. From their arrival in Coeur d' Alene in 1973, Allen and Mary Dee have helped Art on the Green grow and develop. They have helped with everything from festival set-up and artistic signs to entertainment to even shucking corn for Pat Flammia in the days when he ran the Corn Booth. Perhaps most notably, Allen and Mary Dee sewed the 150-foot canopy that protects the Juried Show and is a focal point of the festival each year (as shown on our 2015 poster design). Both working artists, we appreciate the time the Dodges put into making this festival great all these years!

We thank Sally and Mike Dodge, who started and ran the Chicken Booth with their family and energetic volunteer team for so many years. From grilled chicken with pesto to grilled tuna or salmon, their food booth has been a staple food favorite at the festival! Mike has been a key person in helping Art on the Green become the terrific family event it is. From Grounds set-up and coordination to communicating with our valued partner North Idaho College to council member, Mike Dodge has been a work horse for this festival! While retiring from many of his posts, we appreciate that Mike is going to stay on as a technical advisor.
