WELCOME
On behalf of the Fair Haven PTA, I would like to welcome you to our first ever evening event, at the lovely Navesink Country Club, on the banks of the Navesink River. I know that you will enjoy an evening of “Dancing with the Fair Haven Stars” to the music of our local celebrity band, The Haven.
First of all, thank you to Megan Pelino‐Whalen and Cheryl McBarron, and their all‐star team of volunteers. A special thanks to Bennett Coleman, the Fair Haven PTA Board representative, who worked tirelessly with the committee. We wouldn’t be here enjoying this evening if it wasn’t for their endless hours of dedication, care and hard work. In addition, many thanks to our sponsors and underwriters at all levels who are listed in the following pages ‐ please be sure to thank and support them in the future. Good luck to our three brave couples as they take their turn on the dance floor to compete for the coveted Mirror Ball trophy. Their commitment to the theme, in the spirit of fun competition, is greatly appreciated. Finally, thank you to all of the “Friends and Families of Fair Haven”, our local businesses, our school administration and to all of tonight’s attendees. Your donations make this event happen!
All of tonight’s proceeds will go towards providing programs that support the students in the Fair Haven school system. Our mission is to promote the welfare, safety and educational development of the children of Fair Haven. Thanks to your generosity we can continue on our mission.
Please take this opportunity to enter to win one of the great chance and silent auction items, our Super 50‐50 raffle and our Mirror Ball Raffle for the chance to win one of three iPad Minis. After that, enjoy the music, company of friends and the chance to show us your own moves on the dance floor. Thank you for coming and have a great evening!
Laura Nolan
President, Fair Haven PTA
