Age

Spa Oceana guests must be 18 years of age or

older to experience massage and body treatments

as well as have use of spa locker areas, Whisper

Lounge and Rooftop Garden. Guests 13-17 years

of age may enjoy massage and facials with adult

supervision in both locker areas and treatment

rooms. Children may enjoy services in the salon.

Cell Phones

Cell phone use is prohibited within the spa.

Please respect the tranquility of our spa by placing

your cell phone on “silent.”

Pregnancy and Medical Information

Please notify the Spa Reservation Agents if you

are pregnant, have high blood pressure or any

disability that requires our attention so we may

assist in scheduling the best treatment for you.

Massage should be avoided for pregnant women

in their first trimester.

Promptness/Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved exclusively for

you however if you must cancel we require a 6 hour

notice. Failure to notify results in a no-show or

cancellation fee. A $35 move fee will be applied

to your service if you reschedule your appointment

with less than 4 hours’ notice.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your service for

check in and change time. We are unable to extend

treatment times for late arrivals and you will be

charged for the full service.

Amenities

For the enjoyment of our spa guests, our attendants

will assist you to the locker and lounge areas. You

may enjoy the whirlpool and steam rooms prior to

or after your appointment. We ask that you please

shower before using the whirlpool to remove any

oils from your massage.

Service Charge

A 20% Service Charge will be added to your bill for

your convenience. Your Spa Oceana service provider

will receive 17% of the service charge and 3% is paid

to the support staff.

Smoking is not permitted within the spa.

All major credit cards are accepted. Spa services

may be charged to your hotel room. Gift Certificates

are available for purchase. Please present discounts

and gift certificates at time of check in. Prices and

services are subject to change without notice.
