MECHANICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

This section is synergic expansion of our API valve servicing

and retrofitting activities catering to address the process

industry valves and also to supplement the demand of API

valves service team withthe addition of resources both skilled

technicians and equipments. However, API valve servicing

will continue to be handled by API product service team.

To address the need for professional bolting

services, we support the market requirement of

torquing and tensioning of bolts of flanged joints

during erection, testing, pre commissioning,

commissioning, shutdown maintenance and turn

VALVE REFURBISHMENT SHOP

To broaden the service provided to the Oil and

Gas industries, we have included thechemical

tank cleaning process to our activity wing.The

ranges of tanks we cover are Jet Fuel Tank, MEG

(Mono Ethylene Glycol), TEG (Try Ethylene

Glycol) and Batch Tank, other chemicaltanks.

Post cleaning services include external and

internal inspection, pressure testing of relief

valves, level indicators and gauges and pressure

testing of tanks.

We also carry out third party inspection and

certificationas per the clients inspection

TUBULAR RUNNING SERVICES:

Coiled Tubing has become one of the most widely used tools in the well intervention sphere, with applications in all areas of the well life cycle. Some of these include:• Stimulation – through acidizing or pinpoint hydraulic fracturing• Completion – such as plug millouts in unconventional wells• Well Integrity Remediation – through mechanical or chemical means• Flow Assurance – removal of scale, paraffin, etc.

At Well Sanam Services, the commitment is to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Our full ranges of uniquely integrated services are available for operating companies looking for the most fitted solution to their challenges. We perform using the latest running techniques and procedures available in the industry for maxi-mum client satisfaction. We use Casing Running Tools (CRT) that provides the benefits of the top drive to casing running. A compact, lightweight and advanced mechanical tool that allows to rotate, circulate, and reciprocate the casing instantly during cementing to get over troublesome in the most challenging hole condi-tions. Safety is increased since manual handling is eliminated and the number of personnel on the floor is signif-icantly reduced. Our rig-in and rig-out steps are consequently simplified, faster and more efficient.

PUMPING SERVICES:Well Sanam offers fluid and nitrogen pumping services as both stand-alone and as support services lines to our other well intervention systems. Our pumping fleet includes a variety of fluid pumps capable of flows up to 8bpm and pressures to 10,000psi. Pumping options include standard service 180k Nitrogen Convertors and Zone 2, DNV 2.7-1 rated lightweight 27K Nitrogen convertor designed to allow service on small platforms withlimited crane capacity. All Nitrogen units are rated to 10,000psi discharge pressure and can all be supplied with a range of LN2 tanks ranging from 5000gal to 500gals as appropriate to the operations and location.

WORKSHOP FOR BOP RECERTIFICATION

Well Sanam can repair and recertification virtually any blowout preventer, valve, or choke manifold. All

testing, inspections, welding, and machining are performed in-house or by approved third-party OEM. In

addition, all repairs are performed according to API specifications. Document packages arealso provided on

request and include inspection reports, NDE reports and test charts, as well as MTR’s when applicable.
