The SERVA SG-T2250F Fracturing Pump is a heavy-duty pump package mounted on a 3-axle

off-road trailer. The unit is comprised of a trailer, power package, and quintaplex pump.

The package is for highly mobile land operations.

The power package is comprised of (1) one 2,250 hp diesel engine with automatic

transmission. The engine and transmission combination has been reviewed by the component

manufacturers for correct application and installation.

This document provides a general overview as well as specific technical requirements for

a 2,500 hp trailer-mounted pressure (Frac) pumper. This unit will utilize a FMC WQ 2700

Quintuplex plunger pump powered by a Caterpillar 3512C (2,500 hp rating) engine through

a CAT TH55-E90 transmission. This unit requires a standalone (wet-kit) hydraulic system

to provide fluid power to operate the H2O shear and starting of the engine. All equipment

installed and positioned for ease of repairs and maintenance.

The SERVA BSTLR-322A 120 BPM Blending Unit is a heavy-duty fluid preparation and

Proppant-proportioning unit which can execute a fracturing pumping design controlling both

suction and discharge functions and the addition of Proppant in ramp or stage modes.

The blender unit includes a tandem axle off-road trailer and a deck mounted 800 Hp

diesel engine.

Liquid additives that are to be run on a continuous basis during a treatment are monitored

and controlled by the central control panel system. Emergency stop/kill functions features

allow the shutdown of the unit in extreme situations. The operation of the unit is via a climate

controlled operator’s cabin located on the unit to provide operator excellent visibility.

The SERVAgroup Chemical Additive Trailer allows

for customer supplied chemicals to be transferred

into the well slurry. This equipment is powered by

a CAT C7 300 hp diesel engine to provide reliable

power to the open loop hydraulic circuits. This

engine draws from a 150 gallon fuel reservoir for

extended operations.

Upon reaching its location, the equipment is

deployed to allow the tanks to be extended out

over the side of the trailer. This creates a walkway

through the middle of the trailer for the operator.

A door on each end of the control cabin allows for

easy access to the controls and the tanks.

The SERVA Sand Handler Trailer is a 4 compartments trailer that holds 4,000 ft3 of sand. This

equipment is powered by a CAT C4.4 165 hp Diesel engine to provide reliable power to both the

closed and open loop hydraulic circuits.

The controls on this equipment allows for both manual and automatic operation of the sand

delivery to the blending unit or t-belt. An articulating stinger provides +/- 45° adjustment to

minimize set up time on location.

SP EC I F I C AT I O N SThe QPA2500 is a reciprocating, positive

displacement, horizontal single-acting,

quintuplex plunger pump which is rated at 2500

brake horsepower input maximum. The pump is

designed for duty well service applications such

as acidizing, fracturing, well killing, etc.

The QPA2500 pump consists of a Power

End Assembly and a Fluid End Assembly.

Five different fluid cylinders are available to

accommodate several plunger sizes for a variety

of pressures and volumes.

We have sought out and found the most universally open plc system that would allow us the

most customization possible across all new equipment that is developed. The end goal has been

to configure the controller in such a way that it is possible in most cases to have one controller

that will work across multiple pieces of equipment. This allows us the opprotunity to present our

customer with a solution that is easy on their pocketbook, and becomes even more appealing

the more units they purchase.
