Now I am eating delicious food, loosing weight and have more energy now then 5-10 years ago! There is no diet what so ever, in my life! I am by now, after more then two years, absolutely convinced, that this is a method that works on all people – because, it's away of eating we have many thousand years of development to handle – evolution had made us to what we are, and our body needs and possibilities follows. What I talk about is no medical treatment, but will possibly give Your body a very good chance to improve Your health status. If You are in the situation that You have gained weight for a long time, pound by pound, kilo by kilo, You can't expect Your body to loose all that weight, very fast – the body must have a chance to adapt to the new, exciting and challenging possibilities that Your new food habits gives Your body, in and for real life! What about exercise then? The body is constructed for movement, two legs for walking and so on, so exercise will not hurt, and if You are very much sitting down, maybe both in work time, and leisure time, some walking, swimming or other kind, will do You good, no matter what! But it's not absolutely necessary with increased exercise to start loosing weight! What You have to do??

First of all, You have to turn Your back to diet and cost recommendations as they look in most western countries....

You have to be aware of that the human being belongs to the animals, not to any plant family.According to our bodily structure we belong to the predators.

Is there any logical reason why vegetable fat should be much better for us, then animals fat?The main “component” in the human brain is fat – and that must be animals fat, though we belong to the animals – right?
