Theres a little SuperWoman in all of us! If you are always in a hurry,
are highly involved in work and volunteer pursuits, take on too many
responsibilities, have a hard time saying NO and find your own passionsburied then you are a SuperWoman. The good news is, you get A LOT done
and a lot of people can depend on you! The bad news is, your expectations
of yourself are not healthy and eventually it will catch up with you physically,
emotionally and relationally.
At this dynamic workshop you will learn to determine priorities, find
strategies for delegating, set healthy boundaries without feeling guilty and
practice assertive communication. Rhonda will show you how to balance
responsibilities with self care for a more peaceful life.
