This letter is notify whom it may concern that Ramona Moody, the previous RSO, is no longer employed

by the Western Sugar Cooperative-Torrington, Wy facility; effective today, February 14, 2013.

We are naming Jason Ross as the new RSO for the. Torrington facility. Jason has undergone radiation

training with Engelhardt & Associates on 6/21/12. He will be attending refresher training in April. In the

interim, we are working closely with Sue Engelhardt, from Engelhardt & Associates .
