l Required release.Basis Release 700, 701, 702, 731 or 740 is required for WFMCORE 200. You can install WFMCORE 200on the following SAP products:

¡ NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) (optional: with Enhancement Package 1, 2 or 3)

¡ SAP NetWeaver 7.40

¡ ECC 6.0 (optional: with Enhancement Package 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7)

¡ CRM 5.0

¡ SAP CRM 2007

¡ SAP CRM 7.0 (optional: with Enhancement Package 1, 2 or 3)

l Import the latest kernel.Ensure that you have imported the latest kernel version into your system. If there is a newerversion on SAP Service Marketplace, import the latest kernel.

l Import the latest SPAM/SAINT update.Make sure that you have installed the latest SPAM/SAINT update on your system. If a newerversion is available on SAP Service Marketplace, import the new SPAM/SAINT update.

¡ Log on as user

¡ Go to the transport directory of your SAP system. You can also display the transportdirectory by calling transaction AL11 and selecting DIR_TRANS.

¡ The files named CSR0120031469_0021284.PAT and CSR0120031469_0022454.PAT should be now in the<DIR_EPS_ROOT>/in directory.

¡ Install the required LCAPPS add-on for WFMCORE 200 in accordance with Note 836414. Therequired installation package is contained in the WFM200IN.SAR archive and was alreadyunpacked using the above statement.

2. Executing the installation of WFMCORE 200

l Log on as the relevant user.Log on to your SAP system in client 000 as a user with SAP_ALL authorization. Do NOT use theSAP* or DDIC users.

l Display the add-on installation package.

Call transaction SAINT and choose 'Load'. After the list of uploaded packages is displayed, youcan return to the initial screen of transaction SAINT using either F3 or the 'Back' button.

l Start the installation.Call transaction SAINT, select the WFMCORE 200 add-on, and choose 'Continue'. If all of thenecessary conditions for importing the add-on have been fulfilled, the system will now displaythe relevant queue. The queue consists of the installation package, and may also contain SupportPackages and Add-On Support Packages. To start the installation process, choose 'Continue'. Formore information, call transaction SAINT and choose 'Info' on the application toolbar. Referalso to the documentation contained in the DOCU directory on the CD.

3. Known problems that occur when you install WFMCORE 200

a) Import error regarding the WFD_BUPA change document object / syntax error in classCL_WFDBP_ATS.The WFD_BUPA change document object uses the name 'TEST' for its generated Include programs.However, this may still be in use by another change document object in the customer system.Naming conflicts arise and, consequently, the WFD_BUPA change document object cannot begenerated when it is imported into the system. This gives rise to syntax errors in theCL_WFDBP_ATS class.

Solution: The problem is solved by importing WFMCORE 200 Support Package 07. Import theSupport Package into your system. If the Support Package is not yet available, proceed asdescribed in Note 979421.

b) Missing CRM 5.0 menu nodesThe following nodes are missing from the CRM 5.0 SAP Easy Access menu following installationof WFMCORE 200:Interaction Center -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Utilities,Interaction Center -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Administration -> CommunicationManagement Software -> Interface SettingsThe error only occurs if you used the incorrect CDs described in point 1. It does not occurwith CDs that have higher material numbers.

Solution: Import CRM 5.0 Support Package 03 into your system. The Support Package restoresthe missing nodes.

c) Inconsistent function group MASS_GENERAL_UTILITIES (only in ECC 6.0 systems)The MASS_GENERAL_UTILITIES function group is inconsistent with an ECC 6.0 system after youinstall WFMCORE 200.The error only occurs if you used the incorrect CDs described in point 1. It does not occurwith CDs that have higher material numbers.

Solution: Import EA-RETAIL 600 Support Package 03 into your system. The Support Packagecorrects the function group.

d) Missing/incorrect SAP Easy Access menu nodesThe (upper node) Interaction Center -> Interaction Center Workforce Management contains someincorrect subnodes, and some subnodes are missing. The correct version is shown in theattached Correct_WFM_200_Menu.zip.

Solution: Import WFMCORE 200 Support Package 03 into your system. The Support Packagerestores the correct version of the menu.

e) Incorrect texts in the SAP Easy Access Menu (in CRM 5.0 systems only)In the SAP Easy Access Menu, some nodes have the wrong text. The following nodes areaffected, for example:First subnode under Interaction Center -> Supporting Processes -> Outbound Calling. TheEnglish text should read "Generate Business Transactions and Call Lists" instead of"Generate Call List".First subnode under Marketing -> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management ->Administration. The English text should read "Maintain Customer Defaults" instead of"Customers Defaults".This error only occurs if you used the incorrect CDs described in point 1, or if youimported additional languages using the WFMCORE 200 language files from the CDs withmaterial numbers 51031380, 51031463, 51031399, or 51031492 after the installation.

Solution: Import CRM 5.0 Support Package 03 into your system. The Support Package restores

the correct texts of the menu nodes.

4. After you have installed WFMCORE 200

l Delivery Customizing:

¡ Delivery Customizing is imported into client 000 and may need to be copied to other clients.For more information, see Note 337623.

l Updating MaxDB/liveCache client software

¡ If you use Release SAP CRM 7.0, you must update the MaxDB/liveCache client software afterthe installation of WFMCORE 200. For more information, see Note 1459088.

5. Language support

¡ The following languages are supported:Bulgarian, Chinese, Chinese (traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish,French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese,Romanian, Russian, Slovakian, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish.

These languages are contained in the WFMCORE installation package. The WFMCORE languages areimported automatically in accordance with the standard languages installed in your SAPrelease. You do not need to import a language transport separately.

Hebrew is delivered by partners. If you want to install Hebrew, contact your local support.Carry out the add-on language import in accordance with the guide entitled "SAP WebApplication Server 7.00 Language Transport".

¡ If you imported a new default language into your system after you installed the WFMCORE 200add-on, you must manually ensure that the corresponding language-dependent content of theadd-on is imported. You can do this using the WFM200LA.SAR archive in the\WORKFORCE_DEPLOYMENT\LANGUAGE directory on the 'SAP ERP 2005 SR1 Components DVD' or 'CRM5.0 SR1 Components CD'.

CAUTION: Do not use the WFM200LA.SAR archive on the CDs with the following materialnumbers.ERP 2005: 51031380 or 51031463CRM 5.0: 51031399 or 51031492This file causes the error described in point 5 d) above.

¡ Unpack the WFM200LA.SAR archive in the <DIR_TRANS> directory. Language transports for all ofthe languages listed above will then be available in the <DIR_TRANS>/EPS/in directory.Import the requested language add-on using transaction SMLT, in accordance with the guideentitled "SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP 7.0: Language Transport". Note that thelanguage transports for WFMCORE 200 are based on the status of the add-on installation. Ifyou already imported Support Packages for WFMCORE 200 at the time of the language import,see Note 195442. Proceed as with the LCAPPS 2005_700 add-on. On the corresponding CD, youwill find the LCAP70LA.SAR archive in the LANGUAGE subdirectory.

6. Password

¡ During the installation, the system prompts you to enter a password. This password is386A170333 .
