General Comments I thoroughly enjoyed being in Chile. I found Santiago a great location, everyone was helpful at the congress and in

general (e.g., strangers in the community., which as a non spanish speaker was pleasant and unexpected). Being in a city that was easy to get about in was an advantage. I thought the friendly atmosphere created at the congress by our Chilean host was wonderful. The quality of the presentations and posters excellent. I have attended five WFOT congress and this was one of the most enjoyable. My thanks to our Chilean Hosts I describe this event as the best experience of my life, at the personal as well as professional front. What else could be more beautiful than to see that hundreds of people are coming together to generate better health from entirely different region and culture? It was not possible for me to get this experience by any other means.

Overall, thanks for still holding the Congress despite the previous earthquakes there, thanks for supporting the Latin American community so directly, and thanks for putting it together well despite all the difficulties. I am not

Latin American but I appreciate it that WFOT supported this sector of the world so visibly and directly. The bilingual translation was a great idea and VERY WELL DONE - the translators themselves deserve many accolades.

Congratulations. This was an amazing experience all round and I just loved the Chilean culture and welcome. Thank you for an interesting conferens and see you in Yokohama

Agradezco a los colegas Chilenos y a la federacion mundial porque ha sido un gran congreso creo que aquellas cosas por mejorar son muy pocas a comparacion de lo beneficioso que fue el congreso, gracias por la hospitalidad y el esfuerzo que hicieron y gracias a la federación por pensar en Latinoamerica para nosotros es muy dificil salir y viajar a paises de habla inglesa por cuestiones de visa idioma y dinero, ha sido para nosotros maravilloso tener un congreso aqui

El congreso en terminos genrales fue muy bueno. Fue la oportunidad de compartir experiencias y encontrarse y relacionarse con terapeutas de otros lugares. Da otra perspectiva a la profesion.

Fue una excelente experiencia y oportunidad el haber podido participar de un congreso que se llevó a cabo en Sudamérica y en el que hubo traducción simultánea, hecho que permitió que tanto angloparlantes como hispanoparlantes no nos perdieramos detalle alguno.

Para mí la experiencia de participar en un Congreso Mundial de Terapia Ocupacional, ha sido única e incomparable; que haya sido en Chile, nos dió la oportunidad, a los terapeutas de esta parte del continente, de poder asitir y compartir con los demás: investigaciones, marcos memáticos, tendencias actuales de la teoría y la práctica de la Terapia Ocupacional y como a pesar de los idiomas y las culturas y por lo tanto de las diferentes miradas de la Terapia Ocupacional, todos los días estuvimos unidos con la mente y el corazón en la Terapia Ocupacional Creo que la organización fue muy buena, uno tenia acceso a plantear sus inconvenientes, y dada la cantidad de asistentes, todo estuvo al alcance de todos.

Estoy muy contenta por haber sido parte de un congreso único, me llevo los mejores recuerdos y excelentes conocimientos que sin dudad pondré en práctiva en mi vida profesional. Gracias por una oportunidad de amar más a mi carrera de terapia ocupacional

Keynote Addresses The keynote addresses: OUTSTANDING! I strongly believe that taking part in the keynote presentations of this congress has expanded our knowledge as

well as promoted critical thinking in an international manner; something that exceeded my expectations! A main goal of mine, as a student of OT attending this congress, was to expand the horizons of what I know as OT and what I am being taught in Canada to the overwhelming potential of what OT is and can be around the world. Your conference has definitely provided me with this opportunity and for that, I thank your team!

Keynote speakers and the non-western context of the congress gave a very broad and interesting and different perspective on the OT practice and profession - Very much needed!

Creo que fue una gran oportunidad para reunirnos masivamente y estar al tantos de temas relvantes para todos sin tener un interes en particualr , son cosas que debemos manejar a modo general en comun asique buenos temas sobre todo el de ocupacion

Good mix of critical perspectives of contemporary core issues that impact our profession's evolution globally and locally.

In terms of presentation one can easily mesmerized by its wide canvas, from the history of occupational science to the problem of therapist working in refugee camp as well as in IT sector.

El programa del congreso abarco gran cantidad de temáticas, que en estos momentos son de mucho interés en terapia ocupacional, aunque posean diferentes miradas segn el orador, se complementaron.

El momento que más me gustó del congreso fueron los talleres, ya que estos facilitaron la discusión y entendimiento de las temáticas, así como tambíen la posibilidad de aportar y enriquecer en los temas y planteos propuestos.

Exhibition I appreciated the exhibits of local craft & art products. Particularly given the distance of the venue from the city,

this provided a good opportunity to see & buy & support the craftspeople especially for those with little other time in the country. Opportunity to learn about the next WFOT, in Japan, was useful. Access to book resources to view & buy were good.

Fue una excelente exhibición, pero quizás el tiempo para recorrerla fue corto, pues, realmente había mucho que ver y de que documentarse.

Social Events Best ever at any international conference I have attended including the five previous WFOT congresses I have

participated in. Wonderful events. Lovely location for the opening ceremony. Gave a real cultural flavour - especially the events at lunch time. The student event was a great success! I'm glad that the students of Chile took such great initative to organize

such a wonderful event for all of the students. It turned out to be a fantastic networking opportunity filled with fun! Great location in Bellavista, as well, particularly for those who had limited time in Santiago.

Muy entretenidos y ricos en cultura chilena, me gusto especialmente la presentación del grupo de baile de la Universidad Austral

¡Los eventos sociales estuvieron excelentes!
