IFS), officiated by senior management of the Group in Chengdu, Sichuan.

Established itself as a new city landmark in the western China, the mall also kicked off its giant

International Finance Square (IFS) is Wharf's flagship commercial real estate brand and is

China.

Chengdu IFS is located on Hongxing Road, a core commercial district, with a total investment

center, Grade-A office buildings, a five-star hotel and high-end service apartments.

A city within a city- To become the new fashion landmark of the western China.

Chengdu is one of the fastest growing city of economic development in China. According to

Forbes, Chengdu ranked 3rd on the highest expenditure on luxury goods chart in 2012, trailing

closely after Beijing and Shanghai. It also tops China's "new first-tier cities" chart by virtue of its

unique commercial attraction, and known as the "4th fashion city in China". The leading fashion

consumption sense and strong consumption power of Chengdu people have supported many

high fashion brands' Chengdu sales performance across China or even worldwide.

Executive Director, The Wharf Holdings Limited. “We are thankful for our business partner’s

trust and support.”

The current highest rent of the first floor has reached RMB1, 800/square meter a month, we are

confident that store rent alone would contribute to the Group an annual income of RMB500

million.

international luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada, Dior & Dior Homme, Bvlgari,

Tiffany&Co, Van Cleef & Arpels, etc., In fact about 90 famous fashion brands including Chanel,

to Chengdu's commercial marketplace and consumption pattern for luxury goods. By virtue of

the brand categories, tenant mix and comprehensive service that is comparable to Harbour City,

Chengdu IFS will further speed up the area's globalization and fashion impact, and unlift Chengdu

as well as the rest of western China in both commercial and fashion areas.

and charity crossover event that will attract worldwide attention. Chengdu IFS has collaborated

with world-renowned artist Lawrence Argent to build the unprecedented outdoor giant panda art

installation in Chengdu, to raise public awareness of the protection of pandas.
