The AUDION Floor-standing vaccum packers are designed for packaging larger products, eg. a leg of lamb or whole ham. With twin sealing bars and continuous vacuum pump, they will give the operator greater flexibility and improved workplace efficiency. The flat bed machines eg. Belt line Models:The Belt-line Vacuum Machine are the next step up from the flat working plate and is an ideal vacuum packaging machine for all industrial production needs. It is compact, powerful and versatile.

Whether for identical batches or a wide variety of products, the VC999-K8 handles all packaging tasks – without tool changing.

Two sealing bars adjustable in height exert a high, precisely controlled pressing force from top and bottom. This bi-active system guarantees dependable sealing even with folds, grease and moisture.

Gas Flush Systems:

On the Audion Vacuum machines there are two options available when it comes to Gas-flushing solutions:1. The gas-flush timer which inerts a gas mixture into your package for a set amount of time.

2. The gas-flush pressure timer, the machine will continue with this function till the set pressure levels are achieve. This feature helps to reduce the variations of gas when the gas bottle is full or empty.

The Enduro Weigh-Pack Machine combination enables cost effective performance in packaging free flowing products. Bucket Elevator and FeederThe Bucket Elevator transports the product from the stainless steel Feeder (which is at ground level) to the weighing machine. The Feeder has a capacity of 150 litres and is mounted over the base of the Bucket Elevator. The Enduro shoe cover device is a cost-effective and user-friendly automatic dispenser which can quickly carry out a shoe cover within five seconds.

These labeling units are Semi-automatic. Once the label touches the micro-switch it stops, you then pick up the label until it dispenses completely, when the next label hits the switch it stops. Flow Wrapping

The range starts with a small tabletop machine up to high speed floor models. The product is fed into the machine either manually or automatically and neatly wrapped and sealed in packaging film. All the Flow-

wrapping machines are easy to operate and flexible in use. Bag dimensions can easily be changed to suit various package sizes and lengths. The adjustable former comes as a standard and allows you to change the bag width without
