• Integrator/Processor controls chain through direct ownership or contractors.
• Genetics through to distribution• Processor supplies day-old chickens, feed,
technical advice and pickup of birds for processing.
• Contract growers provide 45% of the capital for shedding and land to grow birds to market age.
• Growers also resposible for energy costs (gas and electricity) and management.
