Adnan Ghalib was served with court papers early Saturday morning at his Burbank house with orders to stay away from former fling Britney Spears. The paparazzo was half undressed when he was slapped with the papers…and he wasn’t alone. “He was naked from the waist up,” a source tells E! News exclusively. “And he was back living with his estranged wife in Burbank.”

President Barack Obama on Friday proposed $33 billion in tax credits to coax small businesses into hiring workers as he underscored his commitment to pushing job creation to the top of his agenda. With public frustration over double-digit unemployment eroding his popularity, Obama has begun rolling out initiatives aimed at backing up his jobs pledge made in his economy-focused State of the Union Address earlier this week. The latest proposal calls for a $5,000 tax credit for every net new worker hired in 2010. The amount would be capped at $500,000 per firm to make sure that the bulk of the benefits go to small businesses. "The economy is growing but job growth is lagging," Obama told workers at a custom-machine plant in Baltimore. He spoke after the release of data showing U.S. gross domestic product expanded at a faster-than-expected 5.7 percent in the fourth quarter, a trend he hailed as a "stark improvement" compared to economic decline a year ago.

This was a role reversal in more ways than one. Two weeks ago when the FedEx Cup playoffs began, Rory McIlroy was just starting his interview when he noticed Tiger Woods waiting his turn at the back of the room. It prompted the 23-year-old from Northern Ireland to jokingly say he would like to go off first against Woods in the Ryder Cup and "kick his (behind)." They both laughed, and later had lunch together at Bethpage. On the day before the BMW Championship at Crooked Stick, it was McIlroy who came into the back of the room to wait on Woods. And while there were no playful exchanges, a question that came McIlroy's way after Woods had left showed how much times are changing.
MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash. - Police knew something wasn’t quite right after they spotted a man driving a piece of construction lift equipment down a street at 3 a.m. on Thursday. The man, who apparently had been drinking, was in the lift bucket of the Genie Boom with an unopened six-pack of beer and a bag of beef jerky when police pulled the vehicle over. He was clocked at 2 mph.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Michael Waltrip will run a No. 15 car in this year's Daytona 500 to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of his first Daytona victory — and the death of his late boss and friend, Dale Earnhardt.
MAYFIELD, Ky. – Gov. Steve Beshear deployed every last one of his Army National Guardsmen on Saturday, with his state still reeling after a deadly ice storm encrusted it this week.
