What is GDS System, Global Distribution Systems, Galileo GDS, Amadeus GDS A global distribution system alias GDS system is one of the most fundamental form of global airline reservation system and its is the interconnectivity between individual airline reservation system and online travel management companies & booking agents. A global distribution system holds no inventory or block that but it connects to individual central reservation system of each airlines, which is also called as ARS – Airline Reservation System .
