What is Quik-Pull® and How Can It Help Me?
CABLE ASSEMBLIESCUSTOM
Quik-Pull custom cable assemblies are pre-labeled, color-coded wire assemblies built to your specifications. Rather than pulling single wires for multiple runs, you can pull just one assembly – quickly and easily.
You will need fewer electricians and will finish jobs faster, saving MONEY and TIME.
You specify the wire type, gauge, color and stranding for building wire, electronic cable, coax cable, fiber optic cable, ANY wiring combination you identify!
We’ll bundle and ship most orders within
three to five working days.
Spiral Assemblies Easy and quick to pull with little chance of hang-up. See page 2 in this section for more information.
Straight Assemblies Consist of individual conductors that can be easily broken out at intermediate points along the run. See page 3 in this section for more information.
Staggered Assemblies Should be used when you want to break out a number of conductors at specific points in your pull. See pages 4 in this section for more information.
Tray rated custom jackets manufactured to your specifications A water-, gas-, oil- and sunlight-resistant PVC jacket in your choices of colors can be manufactured and printed with any alpha-numeric information you choose. Custom PE jackets also available. See page 5 in this section for more information.
Custom Twisted Pairs You specify length per reel. Choose from a variety of gauges, wire types and colors. Custom printing, marking and striping available. See page 6 for more information.
Custom Armoring Choose from interlocked armor of galvanized steel or aluminum. Core material can range from .32" through 3.7". The length of run is limited only by the capacity of a 96" flange diameter reel. The extruded jacket over the interlocked armor is available in a variety of materials, colors and thicknesses. Cost Comparison Chart See page 11 in this section to discover how much money you can put back in your pocket by using Quik-Pull. Our machines can number and assemble cable harnesses faster and more efficiently than manual labor. We can save you hundreds, even thousands of dollars.
Free samples of Quik-Pull and a video of the products in use are available upon request. Give us a call and you will receive samples of a straight or spiral configuration, a printed and/or striped cable, a twisted pair and a custom jacketed cable.

Spiral Configuration Custom Wire Assemblies Quik-Pull Spiral is the most flexible custom cable on the market. It retains its roundness and does not change proportion when pulled through 90 degrees. Spiral assembly of building/fixture wire, factory bound, UL labeled and shipped on pull-length reels. Conductors numbered approximately every 1-1/2".
Need a jacketed cable assembly? No problem.Quik-Pull can put a PE or PVC jacket on your custom spiral configuration assembly. We can also do colors.
Tray rated available.
Applications
For long pulls in conduit where all the conductors will be carried end-to-end.
Where minimum outside diameter and maximum flexibility are needed.
Where the overall assembly is to be jacketed.
•
••
Conductors Solid or stranded, bare copper per customer specification. Spiral configuration can be constructed from most single conductor wires, 10 AWG to 18 AWG. Conductor sizes can be mixed in an assembly. Maximum O.D. capability is 1-1/2".
Insulation As required by the conductor designation, e.g. MTW, THHN, TFFN, XHHW. Specification for conductors used will be furnished on request.
Conductor ID Alpha-numeric characters, words or sentences. Standard sequential number coding. Colors, striping and other alpha-numeric coding available.
Listing UL Listed Processed Wires. E76139.
Cabling Unilay construction for flexible finished cable with overall nylon binder thread.
Binder Two flat, waxed 5040-denier nylon threads, spaced 1" apart, are wrapped around the entire assembly in the same direction. The waxed binder adheres to the assembly, staying in place while pulling through conduit. Alternative binding and taping are available.
Footage Sequential footage marker under outer binder thread.
Packaging No-charge, non-returnable wooden reels. Reel tag contains type, size and beginning and ending sequential footage numbers.

Straight Configuration Custom Wire Assemblies Straight assembly of any wire type - building, electronic, coax, fiber optic, etc. - factory bound, UL labeled and shipped on pull-length reels.
Applications
For composites of electronic cables with or without building/fixture wires.
Where conductors will be broken out at intermediate points along the run.
Where the assembly will be laid in place, not pulled (wireway, raceway or gutters).
Where an unspiraled structure is needed to minimize heat build-up in power wires larger than 10 AWG.
