The Participatory Budgeting Process DelegateSelectionCommunityDelegates

Forapproximatelyfourweeks,meetingswillbeheldforcommunitydelegatesto
brainstormanddiscussprojectideas.
ScopeofWorkCreationCommunityDelegatesalong
withtheReCASTCoreAdvisoryBoardwillcreateanddesignaScopeofWorkfortheintended
projects.Informationistoinclude:budget,service
deliverables,targetaudience,numberofpeopletobeserved,
evaluationmetrics,etc.
RFPDevelopmentScopesofworkforeachprojectproposalwillbeconvertedtoprofessional
RFPsbyDPHstaff.
BiddingBidswillbegatheredfromcontractorsthatareableto
fulfillproposalservicerequirements.
CommunityVotingAtacommunitymeeting,
residentswithinthePromiseZonewillvotetodetermine
whichcontractorsarebestsuitedtofulfilleachscopeofwork.Winnerswillbeawardedcontractsforoneyear.
ImplementationFundsaredistributedandprojectstart-upbegins.
EvaluationTherewillbeanevaluation
conductedbyDPHstaff,PatientResearchAdvisoryBoard
members,andTheSt.LouisReCASTCoreAdvisoryBoardtodeterminethesuccessofeach
contract.
