This is the process of coming up with your idea for your production and ask yourself “what type of production will it be?” and “what do I want to convey to my audience?”

Is your best effort in defining your project and presenting a clear synopsis of your story
A solid paragraph, like what’s on the back of a DVD, is a great way to present a treatment
Script
Written document, in a specific format, that tells what the production is about, who says what, what is suppose to happen, and what and how the audience will see and hear the event
