We know that when we are motivated we have more energy, we are more creative, we are more engaged and our wellbeing is improved. We enjoy work! This has a direct positive impact in the classroom – students energy and engagement increases and they achieve more.We also know teaching is hard work - it’s demanding and it is tiring. Understanding what motivates you and the simple things you can do to maintain and improve your own motivation is crucial to enjoying work and supporting wellbeing.
