My approach

My emphasis is invariably on change in your work. I use my business experience to work particularly with women leaders who are undergoing a transition in their working lives, I am action-focused and forward looking, seeking to understand your motivations and beliefs which drive your behaviour.

I use psychometric tools and 360 feedback to build credibility, improve performance and realise your potential. My style is heavy on listening, asking insightful questions to enlighten your thinking. The answer is in your head and we keep working together until it becomes clear.

I am honest and perceptive, offering you space to work through your challenges in a confidential and constructive environment. Being coached is not easy. It can mean facing up to some harsh realities. But in a positive environment it can be hugely empowering.

We work together on building behaviours which are congruent with the your beliefs and values. This authenticity enables a trusting relationship to develop and fosters a strong sense of teamwork.
