Abstract

5G will need to be a paradigm shift that includes very high carrier frequencies With massive bandwidth, extreme base stations and devices densities and unprecedented Number of antennas. But unlike the previous four generations, it will also be highly integrative: tying any new 5G air interface and spectrum together with LTE and Wi-Fi to Provide universal high-rate coverage and a seamless user experience. To support this ,the core network will also have to reach unprecedented levels of flexibility and energy and cost efficiencies will become even more critical considerations.

Conclusions

5G will need to meet very challenging requirements and cover a wide range of Scenarios and services. The importance of the efficient integration of lower and higher Frequency bands to meet the challenges of achieving 1000-fold increase in the system capacity and 100-fold increase in the typical data rate. The most promising for improving system performance in both lower and higher frequency bands. In particular , built-in scalability and flexibility of the core network are required to support a wider range of quality of services and a massive number of nodes and devices.
