Capacity:

Tray/Tunnel Dryer capacity is determined by

two factors which are: product wet weight per

square foot, and total dryer square footage.

For example, if you are drying jerky with an av-

erage wet weight of .75lbs per square foot in a

Harvest Saver dryer with a total of 88 sq. ft.,

you will have a total load of 66 lbs of wet jerky

Blue berries at 1 lb per square foot would be as

follows: 1lb sq ft X 88 sq. ft. = 88 lbs wet fruit.

All-Stainless Steel Construction, double-walled insu-lated.

220 volt, Single Phase power, 50/60Hz, 60 amp

dedicated circuit, min. wire gauge 6 AWG.

3 to 44 amps (depending on fan speed) 46.5 Full Load Amps, four fan speeds, adjustable air intake, requires venting outside (typically), 4,500 watts, 325 Exhaust CFM on fan speed #4, High.

Temperature range: From ambient to 200ºF/93ºC

NSF Approved for sanitation, UL Certified for electrical safety.

LED Displays of real time Temperature and Humidity measurements/levels.

Engineered and proven design for even and consistent dehydration.

88 square feet of tray drying space on 14 perforated or solid stainless steel trays, (24” x 38”)

99 Hour Programmable Timer for continuous drying.

The Harvest Saver is an ideal machine for taking that first

step into commercial dehydration. The Harvest Saver is
