Famous for being Cebu’s highest peak at 1,013 meters above sea level. It is located in the town of Dalaguete, on the southeast side of Cebu Island.
HOW TO GET THERE:Take a bus from the South Bus terminal to OslobGet off at the town of Dalaguete; travel time 2-2.5 hoursTake a habal-habal to Mantalongon market where you can start hiking, or to the main jump-off; travel time 30 minutesRegister for Php 30. Guides are optional. It only takes 20 minutes to reach the summit!

A short program was held to formally launch the flight. Tagbilaran is MCIA’s 30th domestic destination from Cebu.
Philippine Airlines started its Cebu – Tagbilaran daily flights last June 22, utilizing A320 aircraft with the following schedule:

The island destinations of Bohol, Bantayan (Cebu), Siquijor and Biliran are now accessible by flight via Mactan Cebu International Airport. Air Juan commenced operations last June 19, utilizing Cessna Grand Caravan 9-seater landplanes. Air Juan is a Filipino company that started with charter operations in 2012.

Philippines AirAsia started their Cebu – Kalibo (Boracay) direct service last June 19 using A320 aircraft. The daily flight replaced their Caticlan service launched last April.
The Japanese Association of Travel Industries in Cebu, in partnership with the Department of Tourism Region 7, Philippine Airlines and GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation, hosted 24 travel agents from Japan on a familiarization tour from July 5-9, 2017. The agents came from Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Morioka via Philippine Airlines flights. GMCAC facilitated an airport inspection and welcome dinner event for the participants.
Japan makes up the 2nd biggest group of tourist arrivals in Cebu.

Skip the lines! Philippine Airlines passengers can now use the self-check in kiosks in the Check-in Area for faster processing. Today, Cebu Pacific, Cathay Pacific and Philippine Airlines passengers can enjoy the convenience of the self check-in kiosks.
The Airport Operations Control Center (AOCC) extension office opened last month. The extended office space accommodates airline representatives as well as MCIAA to facilitate more effective communication during their respective flight operations.
