We are pleased to welcome Renee Sobering to our team! Renee has been working at Tallman Medical Spa as a Spa Assistant since July of 2012. She attended the University of Ottawa where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics. Upon graduating, she and her husband opened a local business, APEX Personal Training & Fitness Center, where she now leads Boot Camp 2–3 days per week. When she is not leading Boot Camp,

she’s most likely out running, cycling or swimming training for an upcoming road race or triathlon. Renee also enjoys spending time in community theater productions both at Billings Studio Theatre and Venture Theatre. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time with their puppy, Kosey. �
