• The committee is prepered to develop installation standards for Smart Grids and Micro Grids

• The committee has proposed to bundle standards. E.g. a standard for Bathrooms could consist of all the general requirements too.

Amendment to IEC 60364-4-42, is proposed to introduce requirements for installation of AFDs in, e.g.•Locations with a risk of fire•Locations where combustible material is stored•Locations which are built in material which propagates fire•Locations with irreplaceable items •Locations with dwellings

• IEC 60364-7-712 – PV installations, will be under consideration for a stand-alone standard in a joint working group between TC64 and TC82.

Effects of currents on the human body

• The effects of high-frequency currents is under consideration in MT4. A report will be submitted. This report will have an impact on IEC 61140, which is also under revision.
