1 minute - think about a time when you were actively engaged in learning and identify 3 words to describe your experience.
3 minutes - Pair up with your shoulder partner and share your 3 words. Identify one Ah- Ha for use at your next staff meeting. Record on your reflection log.

placement related to the handouts and improving staff meeting (3 minutes);
Round robin share the ideas (3 minutes); The group discusses ideas to make staff
meetings FUN and ENGAGING; Record the ideas in the center of the chart; Post placemats on the wall.
