Before working on any pneumatic equipment, you should ensure that the equipment has been com-pletely depressurized. Install one of our Lock Out Valves in the main air line feeding the equipment and ensure that the equipment doesn’t accidentally startup causing a po-tentially life threatening accident from occurring.

E-z-Mate exhaust type couplers allow for connection and dis-connection at zero pressure eliminating the risk of ‘hose whip’. Before disconnection, turn the locking sleeve and the coupler and downstream air are vented to atmosphere.

Tool-Mate exhaust cou-plers have the same fea-tures as the E-z-Mate se-ries with the added benefit of being lightweight and having a non-marring sleeve which prevents scratchs on delicate parts.

Safety Relief Valves should be installed on all pressure vessels in accordance with the regulations set out by your local Boilers Branch. For additional safety, SRV’s can also be installed in compressed air lines where spikes or pressures that exceed manufacturers’ maximum safe limits.
