Nowchem Pharma offers liquid blending, cream mixing, sachet, tube and bottle filling with ink jet coders and heat shrink wrapping to support the packing and filling system.

Over the past 40 years, Nowchem has been a leading family owned and operated chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturer. Over this time, we have invested into research and development to ensure we are constantly supplying our clients with quality, innovative and sustainable products.Currently, Nowchem is spread over 4 acres with two manufacturing sites, a warehouse and distribution centre, administration building and an additional adjoining storage facility. We employ over 65 people including industrial chemists and technically qualified people.Nowchem Pharma operates under TGA licence number 164869 and has been manufacturing a range of products from high level sterilants, lice treatments, sunscreens, alcohol hand gels, topical creams and lotions since 2002. With over 20 years experience, Nowchem Pharma manufactures medium sized runs supporting clients in specialised markets such as pharmacy and small run retail.

The cream mixing facility includes two 1200L tanks and a 120L heated feed tank allowing for the manufacture of topical creams including sunscreens and medicinal products. The main mixing facility is supported by 250kg and 500kg mixing tanks used for trials and short run requirements.

All filling is conducted in a dedicated clean room offering a 4 head asset filler for bottles from 100ml up to 1L, a single head bottom up filler for bottles from 1L up to 5L, a tube filling machine for tubes from 30ml up to 300ml and a sachet machine.

The liquid blending facility includes three 3000L and one 6000L tanks with connection to the purified water main for manufacturing of general products.

Several 100L to 600L tanks are also available for premix and pilot batch manufacturing.

Cosmetic Range

Under Nowchem Pharma, the organisation also offers separate manufacturing areas for organic skin care products. Accredited with Organic Food Chain (OFC) Nowchem offers manufacturing of bespoke product runs from 100L to 3000L for general products and 200kg to 1000kg for creams and lotions.

General non-organic cosmetic products from body washes, moisturising creams, body oils and eye creams are available as base products for general pharmacy and beauty market products.
