WHEN YOU ARRIVE
1. Bring your booking barcode to the Welcome Tent. The barcode was generated by our online booking system when you booked your departmental session(s). If you didn’t print it off at the time you can access it by logging back into our booking system at: imperial.ac.uk/study/ug/visit/open-days
2. We will scan your barcode to check you in. If you don’t have access to a printer we can scan the barcode on your mobile phone though printed versions work much better.
3. If you haven’t booked a departmental session and don’t have a booking barcode we encourage you to visit the Welcome Tent when you first arrive to check availability.

We’re delighted to welcome you to our Open Day. We hope you’ll use your visit to ask questions, tour some of our world class facilities and learn about the opportunities within and beyond your department(s) of interest.
Many of the activities taking place today don’t require advance booking; we’ve also recruited lots of student helpers who will be happy to chat to you about what it’s like to be part of Imperial’s student community.
Also don’t forget to make time for the attractions on Imperial’s doorstep – see the reverse for details of the world famous museums we’re neighbours with.
Welcome to Imperial
