Its a summer of drought, with George and Dolly living in two solitudes - he outside in the yard railing at the heavens and she inside a tidy well-kept house, practicing piano for the tent meeting coming to town. When the meeting does come, it brings an old friendship gone sour. This is the story about a tent meeting around which long lost friendships and a marriage are restored in a troubled time. It is a story about gospel music and the mystery of four part harmonies that entertain and reach their melodies deep into the spirit!

We are going to keep this simple and straight forward. The ASAP Fitness Centre has heavy equipment that can be very dangerous if not used properly. Therefore, we have age restrictions in place: Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the ASAP Fitness Centre or on the equipment around the Rotary Running Track. Children ages 10-12 can use cardio equipment under direct parental supervision. Youth ages 13-15 are able to use the cardio theatre, weight room and equipment around the Rotary Running Track independently upon successful completion of our Weight Training Teen course.
AGELets talk about clothing for a minute. We are a family-oriented facility and therefore, proper tness attire is required. Closed toe athletic shoes, exercise shorts or pants, and athletic tanks, t-shirts or long sleeves must be worn at all times.
Speaking of shoesour Members adore our clean facility so please help us keep it that way! Indoor footwear is required. Carry in your clean shoes and change into them at the front entrance BEFORE heading to Guest Services for check-in. Dirty shoes leave dirty trails which ruin our specialty oors and equipment. Dont be that guy!
Always check-in with Guest Services before heading upstairs to use the ASAP Fitness Centre. Smile, say hello to our friendly staff, and scan your membership card at every visit.
COMMUNITYI see youre working up a sweat good for you! Before you move on to the next piece of equipment please make sure it is ready for the next person by using disinfectant spray and paper towel wipes to remove any germs.
If you move a piece of equipment away from where it is usually stored, please return it to its proper home as soon as youre nished with it. No equipment hogging.
The no hogging rule also applies to our larger pieces of equipment (Functional Trainer, Magnum Trainer, Smith Machines, Circuit Machines & Leg Press). We all need to share! Please allow others to work in by letting them lift while you are resting between sets.
Weight lifting is about controlled movement. Remain in control of your weights and ease all equipment down gently. Please do not slam weights onto the ground or back onto the weight stacks. Chalk is not allowed. End of story. It is messy, difcult to clean, and we dont want it here. Take all weights off machines and put weights back on the racks when you are done, our staff arent here to get a workout!
While using the track we ask that slower trafc keep to the inside lane. If youre walking and chit-chatting, please keep an eye out for those training at a fast pace and be sure to move to the inside lane and stay out of their way!
STYLE
CULTUREWe have mens and womens change rooms available and lockers are provided for day use. Please place all personal items away in the available lockers. Dont have a lock? Guest Services sells locks to ensure the safety of your belongings.
Hydration is extremely important when working out. Water and sport beverages are encouraged but please keep them on-hand in containers with closed lids only. Please dont bring any other food or beverage into the ASAP Fitness Centre.
Lets face it, the ASAP Fitness Centre is a sweaty place with lots of heavy breathing. There is nothing worse than an offensive smell when youre getting your sweat on. We are a SCENT-FREE zone. This means clean tness clothes, fresh underarms, and no cologne or perfumes.
