• Sometimes I’m too critical of myself. I need to keep my first born tendencies in check

• Can sometimes be really patronizing and negative about trying new things. Kill ‘em with kindness and use passion and positive assertiveness to win him over.

Why could they cause mutiny? How can you possibly convert them to crew members?

• Isn’t fully on-board with the whole #AgEdu thing. Doesn’t like kids missing class. Fails to see the big picture sometimes. I could invite her to events, ask her to judge or chaperone on weekend things. Try to get her to “see the light!”
