MS Plates
Plates used for Built up section which comprises of 70% material
used in Columns, Rafter, Gantry Beam. We offer to our clients high
quality Mild Steel Plate that are available in various grades,
thickness, length & weight. Our vendors manufacture these MS
Plates using high quality steel, which is brought into shape with the
help of latest tools & machinery.
Hollow Section (SHS & RHS)
Hollow sections are hot rolled hollow tubular Sections. These
sections can be Square (SHS) or Rectangular (RHS). Hollow
Structural Sections, especially RHS steel is commonly used in
welded steel frames while SHS are more often used in columns.
Usage: In welded frames, columns and as beams providing various
benefits to construction and mechanical applications.

Z & C Purlin
Purlins and Girts are structural members made up of cold formed steel Z & C sections
which have a minimum yield strength of 345 Mpa with Zinc coating (120/180/275 gsm)
that are supported on columns, rafters or building walls. The Forms of Z-purlins, C-purlins
and Hollow sections are roof purlins, wall grits, eave struts & roofing sheets which are part
of Secondary Members.
The Ratna Steeltech Perimeter:
Is Corrosion Resistant due to accurate surface
preparation and first-rate on-line painting.
Is essentially maintenance free as they are
pre-galvanized.
Offers large column spacing.
They can be lapped and nested at the supports, to create a continuous beam configuration.

The Roof & Wall Sheeting is the material used in the end for completion of any Shed or
Warehouse. It can be fitted as per design & drawing of customer requirement. Panels
are available in 4 nominal thicknesses : 0.475 mm, 0.50 mm, 0.55 mm, 0.76 mm

different stages – including Raw Material evaluation, work in progress

Sag Rod
SAG ROD are used in connecting purlins on which wall
sheets & roof sheets are fitted. Sag rods are used to hold
the purlins and the girts in a straight line. First, install the
sag rods that connect the two purlins at the ridge of the
building.
Product Features
In a roof, a rod for preventing the sagging of an open-web steel joint that is used as a
purlin with its depth at right angles to a roof slope.
Sag rods are used in connection with purlins to take the component of the loads which
is parallel to the roof. It can also be used as a tie and (in most applications) capable of
carrying tensile loads only.
Sag Rods are solid members secured to the webs of the purlins and girts.B They can
be loaded in tension and compression. For this reason, a continuous run of Sag Rod is
the most effective stabilizer for both wall and roof and is the most widely accepted.

Ratna steeltech takes dignity in its well-trained, skilled and specialized technicians as well
as well-defined testing equipment and established quality assurance plan offering
international standard quality products.
The raw material used in power transmission structures are Equal/Unequal angles and
channels. These are procured from PGCIL (Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd) approved
vendor only. Once the material is bought it than proceeds for Fabrication, Cutting, and
Drilling as per customer drawings which are operated by qualified and experienced
engineers. The material is sent for Hot Dip Galvanizing as part of final stage. The
machines are equipped to process the steel conforming to BSEN, ASTM, JIS, DIN, IS, AS &
Euro norm specifications.
Structural Steel
The entire fabrication and erection works such as the Design, fabrication, supply of steel
structures are handled by our Structural steel unit. Around the world, Steel frames are
highly preferred over concrete structures in today’s Generation. This deviation is largely
parturitated to the fact that steel structures offers enormous flexibility in design and
shape unlike rigid concrete structures.

H-Type Beams
H-beam is a structural beam made of rolled steel. It gets its name
because it looks like a capital H over its cross section. Compared
with reinforced concrete structure, this H-shaped beam increases
6% in usable floor area, but decreases its dead load by 20% ~
30%.The H-beam has wider flanges than an I-beam, but the I-
beam has tapered edges. This product includes HW wide flange,
HM medium flange, HN narrow flange, etc.
Hot rolled I-beam, also called steel girder, is a strip steel product
with I shaped cross-section. Its cross-sectional size is represented
by web height * flange thickness * web thickness in millimetres.
This product is available in various categories.
Usage: Highly used in Plants, Bridges, Ships, Vehicles and other
large-scale structures.
I-Type Beams
It is incredibly strong and light weighted.
It has high stability, high plasticity and ductility.
It offers high precision and high section modulus.
It offers a reasonable cross-sectional shape and good mechanical properties.
It is convenient and simple to connect, manufacture and install due to its parallel flangs.
